SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Point Richmond

Quiet, far from the city. The parking lot is big enough. There are fewer homeless people. A little remote, everything else is fine. A few hundred meters away there is a Chinese restaurant, called jin ye (Golden Leaf) tastes OK, slightly salty. There is a train in San Francisco next to it, and you can often hear the sound of the fixed train passing.

yes this hotel is run down, and yes there are alot of drugs and ******s in the area. never bothered me. prob not the best place for kids. BUT the hotel isnt bad for a over night stay, nice bed, good t.v., nice front desk staff, and a security guard at night, microwave, and frig. , near fast food joints and bart. yes the hotel doesnt have wifi anymore, but if you really need it walk across the street to mcdonalds. , the hotel doesnt have alot of plugs in the room. 5 mins to ricmond bart station, around the corner to mcdonalds, taco bell, 7-11 but in all, a good place to stay for a night, but if your staying multi night stay closer in sf

I traveled to the Bay Area for a memorial service. I had my 90 year old, disabled father in tow. After the long drive, my dad had great difficulty getting out of the car and walking. The friendly and helpful staff was right there to help me and even loaned us a wheelchair for the weekend. We got a suite on the 5th floor. Although it was not ADA accessible, it did have a walk-in shower and wide doorways. There was a nice balcony with a great view of the bay. The bedroom and living room had separate air controls (which was wonderful as I run hot and dad runs cold). There is a full, 6-person conference table in the suite! My cousins brought dinner over and we had a family dinner right in our room! We also hosted family and friends in the very comfortable downstairs bistro area for drinks and conversation. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and I personally feel very good. First, the room is OK, although it is relatively simple, but it still has everything, there is a refrigerator, microwave. Because the hotel is on the side of the road, there are vehicles passing by, it is noisy, but wearing a noise reduction headset can also be dealt with. Second, there are two food supermarkets not far from the door. Although the scale is not very large, it is still vegetables, fruits, bread, meat products, fresh milk and dairy products. It is very convenient to live here. Third, walking 1, 2 kilometers is the BART subway station, to San Francisco city and airport transportation is also more convenient. Fourth, it is worth mentioning that it is close to the sea, not far from the hotel, there are bicycles and pedestrian trails in the San Francisco Bay Area. Walk 2 or 3 kilometers along this path to a yacht harbor and a seaside park in Richmond. The scenery is very good.
