My stay started off on a very bad note. The desk lady, was EXTREMELY RUDE! Her name is Anna G. She did not have a card with her name on it, so I am assuming this could be a false name she wrote on a piece of paper.
After seeing another guest check in, I entered and asked about my room. Her reply, "I don't know". So I asked, is the whole hotel filled with reservations? She replied, "I can't tell you that". So I then asked, will I have a room? I've had a reservation for the passed week. I had just stayed at this same hotel the day before and the experience was wonderful. So I took a seat in the lobby waiting for 3:00 O'clock check in. This whole time I was looking up other hotels to stay at, not knowing if my reservation would be honored. At approximately 2:30 pm, another person who had checked me out the day before's stay, checked me in. No problems from her. Kuddos for her stepping up like she did. This ANNA person, needs re-training. She appears to not have been trained as to what her position is. She appears to be more better suited working in the breakfast area or maybe even cleaning up rooms after the guest has left. I am very, very disappointed with her service/attitude.
I don't know if I will ever stay at this hotel again because of her rudeness!
