If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is a good choice with a good location (West Richmond Station) but limited facilities. Free coffee and tea are also provided, food with 10AUD, a towel is provided, but no body care (shampoo, toothbrush, etc) is provided. Lastly, good service also provided.

Rude receptionist, not a smile, didn't respond to my "goodbye"
No quality of service.
They charge you for the smallest service, even to keep a bag.
For the price per night, you will find a better and much nicer hostel!

For the price it’s what you would expected, although the room was very noisy with traffic, the bed was super uncomfortable and my door did not lock, would recommend paying slightly more for a better experience

Kind of dirty and messy… you will feel very itchy once you sleep on the bed…. The shower facilities are quite poor… parking is first come first serve and lasts only till 7am next day… really not recommended
