I regret booking this hotel very much. The steps at the entrance of the hotel are high and steep. There is no special ramp for dragging luggage up, so I have to climb up the steps with hand luggage. The cleanliness of the room is extremely poor, there are bottle caps left by the previous guest, the floor and the bathroom floor are stained and sticky, the coffee machine and the tray are also dirty, the attitude of communicating with the front desk is good but the problem cannot be solved, the hygiene is still the same, I had to do it myself. The air conditioner was also very loud. The American breakfast is average. It was written until 10 o'clock on weekends but it was still closed at 9:30 o'clock... I really endured it for a week, and I will never stay in this hotel again. It is better to book a Hampton by Hilton.
