We had an overall great experience. Right off I-95 and was convenient place to stop for the night on a road trip. Room was great, able to comfortably sleep 2 adults and 3 kids.

Let’s start by letting everyone know this literally backs up to busy train trucks which I knew in advance and so that was OK as we have stayed here before and it was tolerable. What was NOT tolerable sat night was the **** coming through the AC vents at times, the children above us clearly jumping off furniture for hours on end sounding like they’d come through the ceiling and the VERY loud people across the hall. We got NO rest. I am extremely unhappy. We were told the manager would be calling - he hasn’t. I also wrote the hotel through this app- no reply. And they knew we were upset bc we had to switch rooms for the initial neighbors as well .. clearly, moving just across the hall, wasn’t distance enough. We also called down around 10:30 or 11 evening to complain about the kids above coming through. Absolutely no reaction from management.

Checkin went smooth, the room was nice. They honored our request for extra bedding and pillows, which was nice. Be careful at the pool, though - we found bugs and spiders in the pool towels outside. Breakfast was good, nice to not have to go anywhere.

Terrible location. Lovely hotel.
Hotel is 20 yards from major east coast railroad line. Trains every hour. Noisy. Hotel soundproofing is inadequate.

Super clean and friendly staff. Perfect for our half way stop to Florida. We stay here every year and it's so clean, convenient and comfortable.

Excellent
We stayed for 10 nights. It was clean inside and out. Great location. Close to Savanna and Tybee Island. Plenty of restaurants, and shopping close by. The room was a good size. Beds and linens were comfortable. Great breakfast, hot and cold.

Staff is nice, room is clean.
Although didnt bother us, our room was close to the train track and when the train pass u hear it loud and feel the “vibration”. We were exhausted from our trip so it didnt even bother us but just fyi overall good hotel no other complaints

Average cleanliness, even though I knew ahead of time when I booked about the nearby freight train I did not anticipate how loud it would be and the vibrations that could be felt. My kids slept through it but even with a sound machine my husband and I both heard it the 4-5x that it happened it night and didn’t sleep great because of it.
