Stayed here with my husband and 2 young kids. Very kid friendly without being a ”kid” hotel. Room was average, and our bathroom was a little small but clean, but the staff was all 10/10 fantastic. We can't wait to stay here again, either as a romantic getaway or as a family-friendly option. Great location right off of I-75. I can't compliment the staff or environment here enough!

Rooms are small with two double beds. The bathroom is a corner suite with the sink area out in the main walkway. The room blow dryer was non operational. Not a lot of room if you’re a family of 4(+). The in room refrigerator wasn’t turned on, I didn’t think to check on it because I’d never encountered that before, unfortunately we lost a few non perishable food items when we discovered it the next morning. Breakfast is still “grab and go” - No hot items, no fresh fruit, no milk. They had make your own oatmeal, Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches (limit one per customer is written on the display!), pre-packaged glazed donut, blueberry and double chocolate muffins. The room was relatively clean, shower had good pressure and was hot (I showered at 6am). And the hotel was quiet. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again., as it doesn’t fit my family’s overall needs. There are several options in the town of Richmond, KY- I prefer to stay at Country Inn & Suites 40 miles south in London, KY but that particular hotel was sold out so we settled for Quality Inn. With a few minor changes to operations I could possibly recommend this hotel to smaller families in the future.
