Unfortunately I didn’t know that music was going to be played until 3am which was an inconvenience as we were playing in a Pickleball tournament at 8am on Saturday and Sunday otherwise all was good nice room and great food Staff were friendly and helpful

The stay was overall excellent, the book in very easy, the staff very friendly and helpfull. The new room was beautiful and great value for money, the bed was so comfortable and warm And they allowed me to park a huge Coach on site

What has happened to the food quality and quantity. Went 13th feb 2025 and what a dissapointment. Fish and chips is a normal staple and usually generous however mine was very few chips and 2 very flat and small pieces of fish that had been cooked till the whole fish could not be broken with a fork. The steak special was a lump of beef cooked ok but poor quality meat and was tough as nails. Kids nuggets over cooked. Went home hungry which has never happened previously and we have eaten here probably 50 times.

Absolutely loved my stay at Richmond Inn. Delicious meal, great service, gorgeous room, comfortable bed, quiet location in beautiful historic Richmond, and by far the best shower I have had in any hotel anywhere ever. Extremely good value for money 11/10

Rooms are lovely and modern and having the pub attached is a bonus especially on a work trip where at the end of the day you can't be bothered to go out :) Only one negative would be that there's quite a gap under the front door which leads to a few bugs crawling into the room.
