Fantastic Stay, easy checkin great communications. Made you feel very welcome. Our room was large, well equipped. It was spotless. One of the cleanest bathrooms and rooms we have stayed in. I asked for an extra towel and was greeted with a smile. Thankyou delivering amazing service and we will definitely be back. Great location, walking distance to shops.

Fabulous place in Richmond with massive rooms and impeccably clean. New owners have have everything running like a well oiled machine. Our go to place in Richmond from now on! The location is also outstanding walkable to everything. Also rooms are quiet.

We chose the Motel based on the reviews on trip advisor. Our stay was excellent, the room large well appointed and extremely clean well maintained and comfortable. It is very close to shops restaurant s and easy to find. Definitely will stay again and recommend to others

Made very welcome. Comfortable accommodation in large rooms. Easy parking. Good bathrooms. Recommend. Yet again I'm typing just to use up the min characters. Pity. Last time I help in Trip Advisor until they ditch their rule.

Good service, very neat and clean, but sadly, very noisy and this persisted through the night. Room 1 is closest to the road and has too much glass facing the traffic. Rooms at the back of the building may be quieter. AC was also very noisy and is the old style box in the wall.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the New Inn Motel Richmond NSW and cannot speak highly enough of the service, cleanliness and comfort we experienced. Our room was spacious and clean. From the moment we arrived Gordana and Helen made us welcome and fulfilled all our requests for the four days we were there. They were friendly and made us feel like part of the family.
