The location is good, close to Richmond Centre, and it is very convenient to go to eat. The room is relatively large in Vancouver.
But it is relatively old overall, the front desk service is average, the hotel breakfast is very poor, and others mentioned in the comments that a Chinese female waiter had a bad attitude, which we seemed to have encountered.

In the hotel's breakfast room, a Chinese lady had a dark face throughout the whole process, and a Chinese man was extremely serious. We brought two children with us, but there was no friendly assistance. The child had a stomachache and asked for help to pour a glass of water. After asking several times, he was poured a glass of ice water!
For the buffet breakfast, there were less than ten types of food in the restaurant, which could be counted on fingers. The two tables next to us were Westerners, who ordered food. The Chinese service staff was very friendly to the Westerners and asked them if they were satisfied with the food after the meal?
My husband just ate some food on the buffet table. No one came to let us order food. I gritted my teeth and asked the Chinese man to order the chef's meal for me. I showed him the picture, but he pretended to be unclear and served me a few pieces from the buffet table! He was obviously Chinese, but he nodded and bowed to Westerners. I felt that spending more than a thousand Canadian dollars to stay for one night was simply self-humiliation! The room was very clean and relatively new. The bed was very comfortable.
Service: I feel the service needs to be improved. I only gave one bottle of water and I went to the front desk to tell them that they only put one bottle after the room was cleaned. The capsules next to the coffee machine were also used up by the previous guest and were not replenished. I feel that it does not meet Marriott's standards.
