Very near from airport good stuffs very clean and tidy a lot of space downstairs good size room near from the river

The reception service was good in general. But the hotel is a bit rundown. The airport shuttle is cancelled due to staff issue, but no one informs us until we called and ask. It’s ok for one night stay, but not any longer…

Not bad, half an hour airport shuttle, the front desk communication is nice, the room is equipped with disposable amenity (of course there are no slippers and toothbrushes). This price is very good, suitable for a short stay

The front desk staff is very warm and helpful because my wife likes the filter coffee in the mini bar in their room. But we couldn't find it in all the major stores, so we asked the counter for advice. Because it was an online purchase and there was no physical access, the counter staff directly gave me a large bag, about two pounds. I wanted to pay but she said it was a gift. It makes people feel cozy.

Don't stay here. There is serious discrimination against Chinese people, especially the female cleaner, who teamed up with the morning manager at the front desk to discriminate against us from China, and even said that you can go back to your own country if you don't like it here.

It's a hotel close to the airport, but there were no facilities, so I went to the airport again and had a meal. The airport pick-up drip was on time. I paid $50 at check-in, and I always ask for a refund. Even though 50 days have passed, it hasn't been returned yet.

The hotel is under renovation and there is no restaurant. You have to walk across the bridge and go to a Chinese community to get food. The driver who took us to the airport in the morning overslept, and the lobby manager called a taxi to take us to the airport.
