Stay away from this one in Omaha. Our room was filthy. No toilet Paper bar, broken door, smeared dirty mirrors, greasy grimy air conditioner. Hair and dirt. no night stand. Lamp and extention cords on floor. Quoted a price, and then got notice from my card of a higher charge. Told they couldn't help me with it, and just plain didn't care. Being that we got there late, we slept in our clothes and left early. My charge card got charged $170.99 for the night, with $21.00 as a room charge. It was a joke.

This hotel and its staff are terrible. The hotel was being remodeled. I understand dust and that and can work with that. Clean up at night wasn’t done. Sheetrock chips and particles all over the carpet in the hall. Room that was given to us was above the bar which we didn’t know was at the hotel. Loud music till 2 am. Asked at 11 what all the loud music was and staff said there was a party going on, didn’t offer to get another room away from the bar and party. Second of all the room was atrocious! Sad really really sad burn holes in the sheets, dirty wash cloth in the room, no cups to use no coffee maker in the room. No end tables with lamps on the floor. Shower didn’t work at all, toilet barely flushed, bathroom door was bashed in, toilet seat was loose and was all over the place. We asked the staff early in the morning about the shower and he said it worked but yet when he came up to the room at 5 am he couldn’t make it work! When we left which was way earlier then we wanted staff asked us if they could get us another room, I said well sorry but not sorry we are leaving. I said you should not even open the doors to this hotel and get in another line of business with your poor skills of taking care of guests and making their stay be as comfortable as possible.

Dirtiest room I dave seen in a lone time. Tile floor, dirty and not even swept, especially in the bathroom. Shower had hair in it covered with stains. Towels and bedding dirty and stained. Took refuge during a storm, would have left otherwise

Property, lobby, hall and guestroom were minimally cleaned. There was trash and dirt in the corners of the room. The A/C had mold growing in it and smelled moldy/ musty. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The shower was dirty. There was a sheet missing from the bed.

This was one of the worst motels I have stayed in. The room was dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The smoke detector was not functional. People had smoked in the room and ashes in the drawers. Paint was peeling off the walls. The refrigerator had a missing knob so you could not determine the proper setting. The TV remote did not work. The bathroom door was held together with sheet rock screws. The telephone still had the Howard Johnson stickers on it. The blankets had cigarette burns on them. The sink leaked.
