Courtyard Richland Columbia Point

Staff down to the person was friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, the view of the river and easy to reach river walk (you can watch the water fowl come and go for hours)..and the comfort of the room. We requested a king room that was quiet, with a view, and that's exactly what we got. It's a good value. We liked the breakfast staff, the bartender, the front desk staff . Housekeeping was superb and our room was spotlessly clean.

Great view and very friendly staff! We loved the breakfast and coffee restaurant on the premises! The rooms stayed nice and cold! Loved the small Juliet balcony, would have preferred to be able to sit on a balcony. I would stay again just for the fun vibe of the area

Short one night stay. In quiet neighborhood. Food options nearby. Lots of parking. Staff were great. Room was in good condition. Clean. Only one issue and it is more a Marriott issue. Now that we are going to soap dispensers on the wall and we all want to be stylish. Can you choose a different color for the words on the dispensers so the words do not blend into the color of the bottom. At 6 am it is difficult to tell Shampoo, conditioner and body soap apart when you cannot read the writing :) Also find a better way to mount the bottles on the wall. Prior guests broke them off and no one has repaired them yet. Otherwise it was a good stay. Easy to get to from the airport. I would stay here again.

I had to call the hotel to see if i could get an early check-in since i was arriving way sooner than expected. I spoke with Jana who looked up availability and she said there was a room available for me! i arrived shortly after my call and she was there to check me in. It was a super easy and smooth check-in process. She was thourough and told me about all the amenities, and what the Bistro hours are. Initial impression of the room was good. The beds seemed really tall/high but they were fine. I did like the pull out desk and was able to utilize that while working from the room. After an evening business meeting/dinner at Anthony's I came back to the hotel and wanted a glass of wine, so i stopped at the bistro and ordered a glass of rose. i ended up sitting at the bar area since it was later and wasn't busy. Rebecka, who was the bartender, struck up a conversation with me while she was busy doing all her work. we ended up chatting for a good hour, while i had another glass of wine. She was super awesome, had great stories, listened to my stories, all while cleaning the place and prepping it for the morning crew. i wanted to give her a shout-out for being so great. The rest of the stay was fine. The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet hotel! The checkout process in the morning was smooth.

This hotel was nice and we were happy here, despite some concerns given some of the negative reviews. The room was spacious and the location was good. Our room was on the third (top) floor and we had a wonderful river view. The river path was outside the door with several nice restaurants along it. Next time we'll bring our bikes. It's not a 5-star as it probably does need a little TLC but it was quiet, clean, and the staff was fantastic - check-in, housecleaning, etc. We would stay here again when in the Richland area.

The rooms were clean, hotel was nice and close to many restaurants and sites. we had a family wedding close by and they took care of our group. glad we were able to stay at a nice and accommodating place.
