I must say my children an I we have been throughout our share of hotels from marriotts to hiltons to just ur regular quality and I have to say by far my kids and I have been so welcomed and just felt like we are apart of a big family ... Nice hotel and in a great location. Very convenient to local restaurants and attractions. The staff was very accommodating and treated me like family. The cleanliness was top tier. definitely will be returning when I come back in town. I would highly recommend staying at this location when you are in town.

I'm a little late with my review, but I dare not leave feedback for the staff who catered to my family and our needs during one of the most heartbreaking times of our lives. My family and I flew from all over to gather for my dear grandmother's funeral. From day one, Deshaun and Ashley have been very sweet, accommodating and supportive of whatever requests we needed. The events manager (forgot her name!) was also a huge help in letting us have the private repass in one of the conference rooms. We stayed for 2 weeks ,having to extend our time to help situation my grandmother's affairs and Ashley was very helpful in assisting us with multiple rooms and keeping us all near each other. While not all of the staff were as friendly or helpful, I am making it a point to call out those who were. We had a few housekeeping issues during certain shifts, but again we don't normally stay in local hotels for such an extended period of time, so I guess it was to be expected. We made the most of it and were grateful for the time we were there. Oh, and I dare not shout out the bartender, I think his name was Troy?! He was such a sweetheart and made some of the best Henny cocktails I've ever had. He consoled me on one of my bad nights missing my granny and he's a great listener! Thank you so much for those of you who helped and aided with my family during our time of need.

The best sleep ever !!!! The room was neat and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Was excited to take a dip in the pool. The breakfast was hot and delicious it really took my mind off of the effects of the aftermath of the hurricane. This stay was what i needed without power at home. The staff was friendly and professional and I really enjoyed my stay 10/10 for sure.

My daughter and I stay here for daddy daughter night for women's basketball. The location is perfect as you can walk to the arena and the service is always amazing. It is an older hotel and they charge for parking even though it is a dedicated lot - seems that would be included as they aren't validating from a garage. Breakfast wasn't the best this year but is included- we will be back.

Convenient, relatively clean and quiet hotel. However, when I (and several other guests) tried to get the breakfast at about 8am (something that is paid for in the nightly fee), there were a few hot items, two slices of bread, two cinnamon buns and coffee. That's it. No milk, yogurt, or fruit, and certainly not enough for all guests. No oatmeal or cereal. Many of us milled around waiting for more food, then we ventured into the ”Employees Only” space to find the staff person on her phone. When she was asked if she was putting out anything additional (fruit? yogurt? more than 2 slices of bread?) she said there wasn't anything to put out. I let the front desk manager (who was not at the front desk, but was in back on her phone) know but left to find breakfast elsewhere. Would have shared this privately in a survey had one been sent to me, but in the absence of one, I'm positing here.

Ned is an amazing asset to Hilton. Ned went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A coworker and I sat at the long business table to finish up our workday, Ned made sure to check on us several times and even brought food and drinks to us, even though we were not in the restaurant/ bar area. We were able to relax while we we finished our workday. Ps. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich is AMAZING! Make sure you order one, you won’t regret it.

I stayed here for one night while playing at an Oktoberfest off site. It was bascially pretty good. The room was modern and nice. There is a lot of noise fromt he street but it was Saturday night. The parking is in their garage and is free. You are just given a slip of paper to put on your dash. Check in and out were basically good. I did try to check out and got someone else's bill by accident. This was corrected though. The breakfast was not a good experience as I had to buy a dried oatmeal canister to put in my microwave. The coffee was good as it was Starbucks. All in all, if you are staying on campus, this is a good choice.
