Not everyone is cut out to manage a hotel. This one is a real stinker. Our room had a very unpleasant odor, and the bathroom obviously needed a thorough cleaning. The breakfast area was supposed to be open by 6:15am, but it wasn’t. We gave up and left to get breakfast elsewhere.

Should have been $30 cheaper.
Bed was comfortable, room was not very clean, and the shower did not get hot enough for me to use, the elevator was terrifying, pool was closed.

The room was dirty the linen was dingy it was here on the bed just nasty and dirty and I saw two rooms both very disgusting

So so.
Bad - Thin walls. Kids yelling all day and most of the night. Ice machines not working. Room still had some trash at check in.
Good- quick check in. Convenient location for our purpose (hiking). Bed was comfortable. Got an extra hour to check out upon request.

Just spent two nights at the Comfort Inn Cleveland. Was it the nicest hotel I've ever stayed? no. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed? Also no.
The place was comfortable and quiet. Clean enough, but definitely in used condition. The breakfast looked ok, but I didn't go any further than a couple pieces of turkey sausage which was good. The desk ladies were friendly and helpful.
The TV channels did not match what was on the channel card which was mildly annoying but whatever. The pool was out of order as well as the ice machine on my floor (3) not certain on the others. Not a big deal for me but if you were traveling with kids who were excited about a pool it would have been disappointing (they should mention that when you make a reservation).
All in all, it was an alright place to crash for a couple nights, and I'd stay again, on par with the room price. Not the Ritz, but not a dump either. Oh, the Mexican restaurant next door was very good and very convenient.

The pool was incredibly gross and then we did find out later that it was closed, but it was one of the reasons that we booked at that hotel because we could use the pool
