When checking in, you need to confirm whether all the equipment in the room is available, because the front desk staff does not have spare ones.

My stay was horible due to my hotel being so filthy ! I also saw a roach in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty ! I was getting a room to take a staycation but swimming pool was not available for use There was dirty curse word on picture that was hanging

Disappointed in Wyndham It was our own fault to take a smoking suite for the extra room.It smelled like an old ashtray even after 2 cans of air freshener. The breakfast was a joke...5 premade waffles in a plastic case with 5pieces of bread along side 2 containers of cereal. No fruit,no yogurt no bagels or any of the other breakfast items most motels offer.We were at breakfast 7am..The next morning it was obvious the breakfast had not been replenished.We brought our own coffee maker,none in the room,no phone either.The beds were comfortable and I did like the shower even though it needed "anti slip" additives to the floor of the tub.Won't be returning.

Not bad. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, the old ones have stains that won’t come out. One of the young guys at the reception needs to be more behaved when knocking on the door for the check out.

Lobby stunk like **** smoke. Breakfast was a joke. Frosted flakes. Ran out of bread and cups in about 15 minutes. No knives to spread the butter for a piece of toast. Only grape jam. Was the worst breakfast and service Ive ever had, and I stay in a lot of hotels.
