When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly young lady. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious, well furnished and bed was comfy. I'd give 5 stars had the bathroom not had hair on the floor and in tub.

Clean room and bathroom, no funny smells despite the heat outside, great AC, comfortable bed, friendly staff, simple clean kitchen area.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful and accommodating. My microwave stopped working and they were very quick to replace it. The breakfast was good. My only complaints were that the hotel was not very clean and it was very outdated. The bathroom was dirty. It had dirt and hair on the floor. The toilet smelled gross. The room had an odor of mist and that it might have been a smoking room at one time. The original microwave had not been cleaned out. The lights posts where the plugs are were thick with dust and dirt.

Clean and comfortable for a fair price. Staff was very friendly. The hot tub was great. The breakfast could use some TLC, pretty basic. But did the trick. Fun town. Weekend away with the hubby, a lot of fun bars and lakes. Bed was comfortable and loved the sheets. A good value.

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile and made to feel at home. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel has great amenities.

The first room we were given had pet hair (was told it is a pet free hotel) all over the carpet and a terrible odor... Discovered a cigarette butt in the garbage can (non-smoking hotel). My mild asthma was triggered & my chest felt tight. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and moved us to a bigger nearby room. The second room was better, but clearly the vacuum is less than adequate, or cleaning staff do a rushed job. Dirt all around the edges of the room-- everywhere except the main walking areas. When I asked a housekeeper the next morning (had events and not time the night of check in) if I could just get a quick vacuum, she replied that I could get the vacuum and use it myself. I should have just done this so it was cleaned to my standard, but I said the room was clearly not vacuumed well when we arrived but didn't have time to ask the night before. I explained what had happened with our first room and she then said she'd take care of doing our room. She also said the other maid had been given several warnings in the past. She vacuumed better, but dirt still remained in easily visible areas. Beds and bedding were clean, smell was much better though still off (I simply ran my diffuser during my stay). Pool area was clean, breakfast was simple but good-- cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles)
