Hotel Residence Veliero

Beautiful experience! The structure is very beautiful, located in a strategic position between the sea and Viale Ceccarini and, above all, very clean. The family that runs it is very kind and helpful, they made us feel at home. Having spent Easter at the property, we were given a very welcome thought: a chick made entirely of chocolate found in the room upon our return from a walk at the seaside. Breakfast is also very good, the cakes and biscuits made by the owner are a great way to start the day in the best way, together with their joy and friendliness. We will definitely be back, truly a wonderful experience!

We spent a weekend and as in the past, hospitality, availability, discretion and friendliness were confirmed. A warranty!!! Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and excellent location. We will definitely return. Legendary!!

We rented two apar**ents for a total of 6 adults and three children. Very well maintained facility. Located practically in the center, or a few hundred meters from Viale Ceccarini and the sea. The apar**ents are clean, beautiful and sufficiently spacious: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (with induction) and fridge, bedroom, bathroom and large balconies. In short, everything you need. Nice and working LCD TV and wifi network finally as it should go in a hotel, i.e. fast and stable. The structure is family-run and it shows in the good sense of the word. Courtesy and availability are at home. Parking practically under the hotel, very convenient. Simple but very good breakfast (with homemade cakes and fresh croissants) which is eaten in the rooms on the ground floor adjacent to the hall (where the bar is also located). Prices in my humble opinion very good. In short, nothing to say. Personally I recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel is very central and allows you to reach the station, the sea, the metro and the main shopping streets in just a few minutes on foot. The rooms are more than large, real mini apar**ents with kitchenette, table and sofa. Not recently built, but still functional and very clean. Breakfast offers a limited choice, of sweets only, but with all quality and mostly homemade products. Overall I would perhaps have given 4 stars, but the fifth goes to the courtesy of the management, which is completely familiar. The quality/price ratio is also very high, so I would go back and recommend it.

Sometimes we stop at appearances and then discover much more. The residence is a structure managed by a joyful family who does not leave their guests without anything. Dogs are also welcome in the facility. The ability to manage lunches and dinners independently makes it really convenient but don't forget to ask for suggestions on where you can eat well. You will certainly find a proposal that is always very interesting. Breakfast: you must take the opportunity to taste the cakes prepared by the family which give you the right energy for a whole day at the seaside. If you want to be close to the center don't miss the opportunity to book.

It is not the first time that my family and I have stayed at this property which is located in a decidedly strategic position for everything: conference centre, Viale Ceccarini, shopping, restaurants.... The apar**ents are convenient and comfortable, always tidy and clean. The family that manages the structure is kind and courteous: Mrs. Tina and Mr. Biagio are the gems of the residence. And what can we say about William's availability! We gladly come back every time with our four-legged friend!!!! See you soon!!!!!!

I feel like writing this review because I don't find myself in line with what I've read in the other reviews. I expected an excellent residence from reading the reviews but this was not the case. I can't say anything about the friendliness or the location of the property which is practically in the centre, but the cleanliness was terrible, both in the room and in the room where we had breakfast. The cost was not high, but overestimated especially if we refer to the cleaning and management of the room. I would have liked to clean it myself, but there wasn't even a broom to do it which is usually present in residences. Ok, but without pretensions.

I stayed at the Veliero with my wife and our son for 5 days between September and October and we had a great time. The owners are exquisite people, very helpful and attentive to the customer. The cakes in the morning are excellent, the apar**ents are cleaned every day, well done and fast. I would like to take this opportunity to thank William who made himself available to ship an item that I had forgotten in my room. Well done, keep it up, see you next time. Alessandro from Milan.
