An absolutely amazing staff from the minute you land on their front door, to the minute you leave; every day.... Special acknowledgement to Teodoro, Cesar, and Shawn who we mainly interacted with... These gentlemen make you feel like you are part of the family every time you walk in and walk out; ensuring that everything is going well for you on your trip; again, every time you walk in the building and walk out.... With that being said, all staff throughout were extremely professional, kind, and helpful.... Outstanding Perfect location for 1st time NYC visitors, like us... Minute walks to Time Square and Broadway..... Thank you for making our first trip to NYC special......

all in all perfect, starting from arrival, car pakring in front of the hotel, check-in. rooms show a good standrad, new and clean. breakfast and stuff all good. also the location near to to beach and close to the center and different shops and restaurants

The Michelangelo is a gem in Riccione. The rooms are up to date and finished luxuriously with many amenities. The restaurant is excellent & comparable to Michelin cuisine experiences. The hotel and restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely plan to return.

Room 312,ocean view, magnifique and the staff very lovely... The food at the restaurant was very tasty and diverse, the staff at the restaurant, from cleaning, from the reception were all wonderful. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back!

We stayed in this hotel and we had a great time! The location, the structure and the clean and fragrant rooms were excellent, the staff very attentive, kind and available for every request. The waiters in the restaurant were nothing short of wonderful. The same goes for the owners. We went on a culinary journey that gives added value to the structure that it really deserves. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, we also had the pleasure of viewing rooms on the 2nd-3rd 4th floor which have been recently renovated and are wonderful. Really excellent and refined cuisine, with a great variety and a constant search for the best ingredients. But the highlight are undoubtedly the people we met there. Starting with the very kind owners and with the splendid staff. Young but capable and very kind and responsible guys. We have experienced a dream vacation. We will definitely be back
