molto comoda come sistemazione sia per famiglie che per ragazzi. inoltre è anche posizionato in un punto molto buono, vicino al mare.

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, ad un passo dal mare, molto comodo per chi come noi ha dei bambini piccoli. Anche la piscina è comodissima perché ha anche una parte bassa. Posizione strategica per chi vuole fare un salto a oltremare, acqua fan e fiabilandia, stanno tutte a 10’minuti di macchina. Oltretutto il residence si premura di prendervi i biglietti scontati evitando di farvi fare la fila in loco.L’unica nota dolente è stata il prezzo del parcheggio, 15€ al giorno mi è sembrato un po’ caro, essendo un parcheggio incustodito.

A sorpresa viste le recensioni non entusiasmanti ho trovato un posto pulito molto carino e ad un prezzo onestissimo.Appartamento spazioso che si affacciava sulla piscina (pulita e con area bimbi).A soli 700 MT da riccio e centro fronte spiaggia..... personale gentilissimo,ci ritorneremo!!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber charmant und funktional, das Personal war super freundlich und hat immer einen guten Tipp für uns gehabt. Nach 6 Tagen setzen wir super entspannt unsere Reise durch Italien fort. Danke für alles.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 26 al 29 maggio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura molto carina e posizionata fronte mare, la stanza ampia e pulita. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza e cordialità di Mattia, che si è messo a nostra completa disposizione per tutto il soggiorno anche con tanti utili consigli.

Complessivamente buona esperienza in questo residence. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e dotati del necessario. All'arrivo è fornito un primo set di asciugamani e lenzuola per il letto. Noi abbiamo scelto un bilocale ed eravamo in 5: nella stanza da letto c'è un letto matrimoniale e una brandina, in cucina divano letto e sotto un'altra brandina. Complessivamente comodi. L'arredamento è da migliorare ma ci può stare.Non c'è il bar nel residence e ci sono invece delle macchinette per le bevande. C'è un ristorante convenzionato, non gestito dal residence, dove devo dire che si mangia molto bene. Prezzo giusto. La piscina è piccola ma tutto sommato carina. C'è il parcheggio a pagamento (15 euro al gg) al piano -1. C'è l'ascensore che dal parcheggio porta ai piani.
