I arrived 31 May for 1 night and it was such a nice experience that I extended my stay for 2 additional nights. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, rooms are simple and elegant, and the staff--from the director, reception, dining , to the housekeeping staff--is kind and efficient. The breakfast is abundant, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Excellent price-quality value. They have a convention with a beach bagno, Bagnogiulia 85, whose owners are great.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo Hotel dichiarato 4 stelle superior… Una stella regalata e oltre … Camera piccolissima, letto con materasso millenario e spacciato per matrimoniale ma non lo era … Il prezzo è solo per la posizione centrale, il resto regalato. Non ci tornerò più . Mi spiace molto ma non qui c’è da rivedere parecchio.

Lo scorso week end siamo stati ospiti di questo 4 stelle Superior . Tralascio come siamo stati ricevuti e come ci hanno consegnato la camera che era un forno... in quanto l'aria condizionata non era stata attivata, ne tanto meno nessuno ci ha accompagnato in camera , senza peraltro raccontarci nulla dell'organizzazione dell'Hotel. La sensazione che abbiamo ricevuto di disorganizzazione si è riconfermata nelle giornate successive. Dove abbiamo trovato un inserviente che fumava e rispondeva al cellulare mentre gironzolava nella hall. Non entriamo nel merito della colazione dove la quantità dei prodotti e la qualità degli stessi non aveva paragoni con un hotel a 2 stelle. Il cappuccio o caffè che dir si voglia non veniva servito ai tavoli ma doveva essere il cliente che si attivava per imparare ad usare una macchia Bar automatica. Ma ha senso che il cliente scelga un Hotel a 4 stelle superior con costi superiori a 230,00 euro circa a notte per ricevere un servizio di questo genere? Togliete due stelle.. e riconducete l'hotel ad una proporzione tra servizio e costo dello stesso. Un hotel da non riproporre

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni solo pernottamento. È un bel hotel 3 stelle ma non vale un 4 stelle s come dichiarato. Muro scrostato in più punti della camera, con intonaco in terra. Il soffione doccia stava appeso per miracolo. Le brioche a colazione deludenti. In compenso posizione eccellente e camera tranquilla che dava all'interno .

Deludente sotto ogni aspetto: non all’altezza delle 4 stelle superior La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Le camere sono piccole, anguste e, in alcune occasioni, non adeguatamente pulite. Il cambio della biancheria non avviene con regolarità né sistematicità, lasciando un senso generale di trascuratezza. La colazione è forse l’aspetto più deludente: servizio disorganizzato, scelta limitata e spesso incompleta. In due occasioni ho dovuto fare colazione senza tovagliolo o senza piatto, semplicemente perché erano terminati e nessuno si è preoccupato di rifornirli. Ma il dettaglio più surreale è stato assistere, durante la colazione, all’arrivo dell’ascensore direttamente nella sala: dalle porte sono usciti sacchi di biancheria sporca, in un contrasto stridente con l’ambiente in cui si dovrebbe iniziare la giornata. Un’esperienza davvero poco gradevole, sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Dovrebbe essere un 4 stelle superior ma a mio avviso non merita neanche una stella . Le camere sono anguste e sporche, manca il bollitore ( che ormai si trova ovunque), non parliamo della colazione che è a dir poco misera. Un bed and breakfast offre di più. Personale in competente e poco educato. Ero qui con le mie colleghe per lavoro e sono stati 5 giorni da incubo.

Hotel con personale gentile e professionale, ultimamente alcune stanze sono state ristrutturate e sono veramente graziose, anche se le altre sono assolutamente all'altezza per un 4 stelle, la struttura offre tantissimi servizi per soddisfare anche i clienti più esigenti. L'ho frequentato per tanti anni e continuerò a farlo anche con questa nuova gestione.
