I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was amazing, with high-quality options that set a great start to the day. The daily room cleaning was thorough and well done, not just a quick tidy-up. The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. Plus, the location couldn't be better—right in the heart of downtown, making everything easily accessible. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, always there for you. One major downside was that neither of the two TVs in our suite supported Netflix, which was a big letdown, especially for a family traveling with a child. We called the reception, and while they tried to fix it, they informed us it would take several days to resolve. For a 4-star hotel in the heart of downtown Riccione, it's really unacceptable not to have this entertainment option available. Having access to Netflix or similar services is essential for families traveling with kids.

Room was really clean and view from balcony to the promenade is great. Location is super and staff is the best. Friendly and allways ready to help you. Breakfast is good, maybe more fruits would be nice.

1. hotel, room etc: great rooms, very clean and, for me important, no noice from outside hotel. it was very warm there - plus 35C. But the room just felt great. 2. eating etc. we did not have dinner there. the hotel is so nice placed in the town. you have max 25 meter to nearest restaurant. but we had the breakfast there. very good. I like fresh fruit, and it was plenty of that. A and not to forget. the barista made me the best coffee for the entire day:-) many thanks for that. 3. staff at reception. very helpful and friendly. always a smile and friendly faces. actually they reached out two days before on what's up to check if there was something special that we needed, that's a first time. plus 5 star for that!!! 4. leaving. helping with everything to garage etc with a smile:-) So to all of the friendly and nice staff at We.Me! Bellissimo albergo nel cuore di Riccione. Camere arredate con gusto, comode (la nostra aveva anche l'angolo cottura) e silenziose. Letto confortevole. Personale gentilissimo e colazione eccellente. Se vogliamo trovare piccole sbavature considerato che è un cinque stelle, il parcheggio un pò caro (€20,00 per day) considerato che non era attiguo ma in un'autorimessa pubblica a cinque minuti di distanza dall'albergo (in ogni caso c'è il servizio di Car Valet) e l'assenza degli accapatoi in camera. Prezzo in linea con alberghi dello stello livello. Ci torneremo.

Die Zimmer mit Spa sind super, besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht nicht. Das Personal ist so nett, nach der Saison muss man erstmal noch so ein Super Personal haben. Die Lage ist genial, wir brauchten die ganze Zeit kein Auto. Strand 2min Restaurant/Bar in 30 sec. Und in der Nachsaison absolut super, die Strände hat man für sich und das Meer ist super.

Soggiorno di una sola notte fatto dai miei genitori e per loro scrivo questa recensione. Hotel super elegante, staff gentilissimo, super colazione e camere spaziose e con arredi curati e di design. Non manca nulla! Posizione centralissima con affaccio su Viale Ceccarini e a due passi dal mare. La cura dei dettagli fa la differenza, la gentilezza e la cortesia qui non mancano. Consiglio questo hotel!

Ho soggiornato nella suite presidenziale da 500€ a notte, posizione e arredamento splendido, ma quando si va su certe cifre, certe camere e certi servizi tutto deve essere perfetto. Se l'idromassaggio non funziona, ha l'acqua fredda, ha dei tecnicismi complicati per farlo partire, deve esserci qualcuno dello staff in grado di risolvere. Nonostante le richieste di aiuto nessuno è intervenuto e, la mattina successiva, in reception se la sono cavata con un semplice "ci spiace". Spiace anche a me mettere una recensione negativa, ma se cercate un servizio di primo livello non è assolutamente questo il luogo adatto.

Siamo andati per un apericena, scoprendo all’arrivo che la cucina era chiusa e non si poteva mangiare nulla. Si sono ricordati dopo mezz’ora di portare gli stuzzichini che accompagnano i cocktail ordinati. Prezzi elevati. Bella location ma non merita.
