After booking a 3 stars hotel we been moved to a 2 stars hotel. No refund on price difference, staff nice and polite. The room was nowhere near renovated as advertised, split beds (very uncomfortable). The included breakfast did not had alternatives except for sweets. usually being a buffet, instead we been served by the kitchen staff.

siamo arrivate in stanza io e le mie amiche dopo sei ore di viaggio ci siamo ritrovate in un lerciume. Un bicchiere usato per terra, cartine delle merendine, pavimento sporco, capelli e peli su cuscini e in doccia, asciugamani sporchi. Abbiamo richiesto di cambiarci la stanza senza nessun risultato, hanno chiamato la donna delle pulizie che per cui i peli li ha semplicemente presi e buttati per terra

Esperienza negativa stanze sporca e non insonorizzata si sentiva tutto dall altra stanza non si riusciva a dormire senza un frigo e phone anni 50… Colazione molto povera e qualità molto scarsa. Nota positiva la posizione del hotel a un passo dal centro e dal mare.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima , sono ritornata per la seconda volta perché lo trovo ottimo in tutto, noi abbiamo soggiornato con due cani di taglia grande( Weimaraner) ed il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile . Poi nn parliamo della colazione che ha un super buffet di dolce e salato ottimo per il palato ed il personale super disponibile per ogni richiesta . Le stanze sono super moderne e confortevoli e nn si può nn trovarsi bene , che dire nn posso nn consigliarlo .

Staff gentilissimo, reception 24h, colazione buona, personale superdisponibile, bici a 5/Eu gg, aria condizionata topp, posizione comodissima a tutto.. peccato per gli arredi veramente datati e assenza di un minifrigo in camera che cambierebbe la vita;)!
