Can the central location of the hotel be enough to justify all the negatives? In my opinion not. the environments are dated, in the rooms the worst aspects. There are only blackout curtains on the windows so during the day it sends privacy. the mattress is springy and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is old, several damages to the tiles, old taps. Broken wall hair dryer. Noisy air conditioning system, it broke for a whole day. Difficult to adjust because still with old manual thermostat. Kettle and tea corner absent. Breakfast of poor quality, salty species and little variety of fruit. Missing dried and seasonal fruit. Missing bacon, two types of cured meat and one of cheese. There isn't a swimming pool, there is no corner for children or at least one is not available. The staff is polite but not welcoming compared to the famous Romagna hospitality. Ultimately an older hotel of maximum three stars to be generous. Week stay, so had time to observe and evaluate all aspects. I would not go back.

The hotel is overall Ok, but the best feature is the location right in the middle of Riccione, at a walking distance from the convention center and the beach. Although a bit outaded is still OK to enjoy the fabulous adriatic vibe. Make sure to try the restaurant located at the ground floor.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We are returning guests every year! Very friendly staff. Comfortable and nice rooms. Great food with buffet for lunch and dinner which is very comfortable with kids as they can see and try what they want to eat. We also enjoy organised play activities for kids in the hotel during mealtime.

All inclusive holiday with my family. 2 adults and 1 child Overall rating 6.5 / 7 Too bad because the structure and location deserve 4 stars but unfortunately the content is 3 stars Pros: The very good cuisine (better a la carte than the buffet) compliments to the chef. Great sympathy of the maître Ernesto who always has a good smile for the super nice customers and girls of the restaurant. But not very personal who have to do many things. Cons: The flaws are certainly not 4-star rooms. Small details that would make the difference. I hope my review serves to improve and is not a negative criticism. More sockets in the room especially in the bathroom near the sink (beard or simply hairdryer .. near the mirror is better ..) More attention inside the rooms .. example dangling spotlight never fixed stained curtains painting of 2 colors not uniform (visually pity ) add the classic pad of paper with the pen and then .. replace the telephones .. very old with not even an indication to call the reception .. (I had to call from the mobile phone ..) Super friendly staff at the reception but there is a lack of organization . Everyone says a different thing. Too bad because the kindness of the small staff (which should be expanded) the position would make the hotel a valid one of the 4 saddles which unfortunately currently cannot go beyond the 3 stars. However overall for those looking for a simple hotel near the center (a few meters viale cecccarini) and with good food I recommend it.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con due bambini di 6 e 2 anni. Hotel pulito e personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Cibo non all’altezza delle 4 stelle assolutamente (a parte la colazione). Camere piccole e molte senza balcone (spazi davvero ridotti, compreso il bagno!). Ci è rimasto in mano un pezzo di finestra perché faticava ad aprirsi e siamo rimasti un giorno intero SENZA poter aprire la finestra! Purtroppo abbiamo causato un piccolo problema perché il piccolo, nel giocare, ha rotto la TV. Lo abbiamo subito comunicato in reception per correttezza (in quanti lo avrebbero fatto?!?) e ci hanno fatto pagare SUBITO 199 euro sulla base di una fattura di acquisto di 6 mesi prima. Tutto questo è stato fatto dalle signore della reception perché il direttore o qualcuno dei piani alti NON SI È PALESATO NEMMENO!! Abbiamo chiesto fattura e di detrarre l’IVA poiché un’azienda poi la scarica e ci hanno inviato fattura di 189 euro ma non abbiamo ricevuto indietro nè i soldi dati in più e nè l’IVA anzi non rispondono più nonostante le mie mail. Comportamento veramente vergognoso e inaccettabile da segnalare! Abbiamo trovato persone molto più umili in hotel di categoria più bassa!

Da qualche anno veniamo in questo hotel i primi giorni di gennaio. Sapevamo che per essere un quattro stelle sarebbe stato da migliorare, ma la posizione è davvero molto comoda. Quest'anno siamo rimasti particolarmente delusi, ma per un breve soggiorno ci siamo accontentati. Camera per 3 persone: il letto singolo era una brandina con un pezzo sporgere,senza coperta (ma per fortuna c'era caldo) , quello matrimoniale era due letti singoli uniti , e la rete più stretta dei materassi,quindi si aveva la sensazione di pendenza. Pulizia assolutamente da migliorare(si,si pulisce anche il balcone!)come tutti gli elementi del bagno(rubinetteria e box doccia). Le camere non sono da quattro stelle. La nostra comunicante con un'altra,divise da una porta quindi si sentiva tutto dell'altra stanza. Balcone pressoché inutile da quanto è piccolo. Hotel affollato da un sacco di ragazzine per un evento di quei giorni. La sera una confusione incredibile sul nostro piano (meglio accennarlo durante la prenotazione) lunghe file per l'ascensore,che non oso immaginare in piena stagione com'è... Colazione buona e completa. Da quattro stelle c'è l'ingresso. Per essere tale, è da migliorare. Avrei detto tutto al checkout,ma c'era molta gente e la signora non si è preoccupata di chiederci se era tutto a posto. Ok le ospiti di questo evento,ma ci sono anche gli altri.. Mi dispiace.

Su booking avevo prenotato un non rimborsabile, fortunatamente solo una notte all'hotel grazia, escludendo l'hotel cristian perché c'era scritto "ideale per famiglie". Dopo la prenotazione mi arriva un messaggio per dirmi che sarei stata ospitata dall'hotel cristian. Vabbè. 10 euro per un parcheggio nemmeno chiuso, staff scortese, non hanno acqua frizzante, non si può stare nella hall perché è pieno di bambini urlanti, non di può stare in camera per lo stesso motivo, non si può fare colazione per lo stesso motivo. Ovunque è un tripudio fi urla e pianti. Ma la cosa che mi ha fatto davvero inferocire è stata la doccia, senza pressione e con l'acqua tiepidina. Toglietevi almeno 2 stelle e mezza poiché non siete in grafo fi garantire nemmeno i servizi essenziali.
