Can the central location of the hotel be enough to justify all the negatives? In my opinion not. the environments are dated, in the rooms the worst aspects. There are only blackout curtains on the windows so during the day it sends privacy. the mattress is springy and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is old, several damages to the tiles, old taps. Broken wall hair dryer. Noisy air conditioning system, it broke for a whole day. Difficult to adjust because still with old manual thermostat. Kettle and tea corner absent. Breakfast of poor quality, salty species and little variety of fruit. Missing dried and seasonal fruit. Missing bacon, two types of cured meat and one of cheese. There isn't a swimming pool, there is no corner for children or at least one is not available. The staff is polite but not welcoming compared to the famous Romagna hospitality. Ultimately an older hotel of maximum three stars to be generous. Week stay, so had time to observe and evaluate all aspects. I would not go back.

The hotel is overall Ok, but the best feature is the location right in the middle of Riccione, at a walking distance from the convention center and the beach. Although a bit outaded is still OK to enjoy the fabulous adriatic vibe. Make sure to try the restaurant located at the ground floor.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We are returning guests every year! Very friendly staff. Comfortable and nice rooms. Great food with buffet for lunch and dinner which is very comfortable with kids as they can see and try what they want to eat. We also enjoy organised play activities for kids in the hotel during mealtime.

All inclusive holiday with my family. 2 adults and 1 child Overall rating 6.5 / 7 Too bad because the structure and location deserve 4 stars but unfortunately the content is 3 stars Pros: The very good cuisine (better a la carte than the buffet) compliments to the chef. Great sympathy of the maître Ernesto who always has a good smile for the super nice customers and girls of the restaurant. But not very personal who have to do many things. Cons: The flaws are certainly not 4-star rooms. Small details that would make the difference. I hope my review serves to improve and is not a negative criticism. More sockets in the room especially in the bathroom near the sink (beard or simply hairdryer .. near the mirror is better ..) More attention inside the rooms .. example dangling spotlight never fixed stained curtains painting of 2 colors not uniform (visually pity ) add the classic pad of paper with the pen and then .. replace the telephones .. very old with not even an indication to call the reception .. (I had to call from the mobile phone ..) Super friendly staff at the reception but there is a lack of organization . Everyone says a different thing. Too bad because the kindness of the small staff (which should be expanded) the position would make the hotel a valid one of the 4 saddles which unfortunately currently cannot go beyond the 3 stars. However overall for those looking for a simple hotel near the center (a few meters viale cecccarini) and with good food I recommend it.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, tutti molto gentili, pulizia ovunque, camera al 6 piano con veduta super del mare dalle grandissime finestre ad angolo, e materasso di qualita con topper, ho dormito bene come a casa mia. Posizione centralissima. Ho intenzione di tornarci in estate

Hotel in buona posizione, vicino centro congressi e al mare, struttura datata non da 4 stelle, buona pulizia della stanza , bagno pulito ma molto datato necessita di una ristrutturazione generale, scalino pericoloso,camera ampia Essendo tutto vetri in cas o di pioggia diventa piuttosto rumoroso, Materasso datato e biancheria da letto strana con 2 lenzuola sopra, non c è topper

Location molto comoda, a pochi metri dal mare, dal famoso Viale Ceccarini oltre che dai vari ristoranti. Ingresso nuovo e gradevole, personale sempre impeccabile, ma la struttura interna avrebbe bisogno di un adeguato rinnovo sia negli arredi delle camere che dei bagni. Ottima pulizia, mentre la colazione sarebbe da migliorare sia per la diversità che per la freschezza dei prodotti da forno e non.

Ho passato una notte in questo albergo dovendo partecipare ad un congresso. Stanza confortevole, alcune pecche legate al fatto che l’albergo non è recentissimo. Lèggero rumore dalle camere vicine discreto isolamento dall’ esterno. Colazione classica con molta scelta di dolce e salato.
