We recently enjoyed a magical three-week stay at Colle dei Pini Residence in Riccione, and it was an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we arrived, the director, Fabio, made us feel at home. He was always available with excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and his friendly demeanor and constant smile added to the warmth of our stay. The residence is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—just what we needed to disconnect from city life. Our apartment was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Alessandra and Roberta, who were always cheerful and ready to help, and to Alessandro, the handyman, for his excellent work. The highlight of our stay was the gorgeous swimming pool located right next to our apartment. It was the perfect place to relax, and it was always kept super clean. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful residence with our favorite team! Thanks to everyone at Colle dei Pini for making our holiday truly magical. Helena 😊

Location incantevole,pulita,accogliente,immersa nel verde!Bellissima piscina!Vicinissima al centro e al mare (5 minuti in macchina)!Fabio cordiale e disponibile!! La consiglio vivamente e sicuramente la sceglierò ancora per le nostre vacanze!!! Super!!!!

Location fantastica le residenze sono immerse in un parco, tranquillità e silenzio assicurati. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e ben attrezzati. Il Direttore Fabio gentilissimo sempre presente per le esigenze degli ospiti come pure il personale. Il Residence è dotato di una bella piscina sempre nel verde. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pulito , bello, verde , silenzioso, piscina stupenda , personale top . Unica cosa bisogna andare al mare in bici ma utile per fare sport e andare al mare senza macchina . Appartamento 3 enorme ma unico con tre bagni , glia letti ne hanno solo 1 . Andate

nonostante le recensioni non propriamente lusinghiere su questo residence mi sono lasciato attrarre dal prezzo apparentemente economico richiesto per soggiornare nella struttura e ho suggerito questa location ad amici che volevano soggiornare per qualche giorno a riccione. Purtroppo la struttura si e 'rivelata inadeguata sotto troppi punto di vista per questo giudico etremmente negativa questa esperienza.lunga attesa alla reception e grande scortesia da parte del ragazzo che dovrebbe svolgere il ruolo di responsabile . camera consegnata in condizioni igieniche precarie e distante alcune centinaia di metri dalla reception stessa. struttura distante dal mare ( e questo si sapeva già da prima) ma lontana anche da ogni tipo di servizio primario , raggiungibile sempre e solo con l'automobile . Ulteriore nota dolente la rumorosità delle vicine discoteche che nella nottata di sabato hanno reso impossibile il sonno notturno. In sostanza mi sento di conigliare questo tipo di soggiorno solo a ragazzini ventenni senza troppe pretese e con tanta voglia di fare confusione

Abbiamo soggiornato alla residenza I lecci in un appartamento bellissimo... Ben curato e pulitissimo. Tanti i piccoli particolari che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e che fanno la differenza. Consigliatissimo. Grazie a Fabio persona disponibilissima.

Un residence sito in una zona residenziale, giardino e piscina curati anche d’inverno. Appartamento molto confortevole, ben arredato e pulito. Il sig.re Fabio persona molto disponibile e cordiale.Assolutamente da ritornare e consigliato.
