We chose this hotel due to the website but we had to change and spend another £400 as it terrible. It didn't have a pool only free entrance to the slide pool on the beach 200m away so you'd catch an infection almost straight away. Breakfast was terrible and not self service so you'd have to queue for any juice and the very small variety of items available. The room was poor with only one light working and the WC light was so dim, you couldn't shave. There was no air conditioning only a room fan, all in all, a very poor 3 star hotel. We don't understand how it got these stars as it probably warrants 1 star only.

Owners were awesome, friendly and made us feel like family. Group of us rented about 6 rooms. Can’t beat the price for a single room. Nice beach area close and not too far from central.

L’hotel non è male, è arredato in un modo strambo ma allo stesso tempo molto creativo, l’area bimbi è molto carina. I vari tavoli in cui si svolge la colazione potrebbero essere disposti in un modo migliore. Il personale è molto educato, nulla da dire su quello, tranne per il proprietario, davvero è come prendersi un pugno in pancia, delusa..neanche tempo di fare una domanda che già sbuffava. Non consiglio di andare durante una settimana in cui il meteo non è bello, per esempio con la pioggia o con temperature basse, perché nelle camere si muore di freddo. L’unica cosa che hanno dato a disposizione per il freddo è stata una stufetta la quale non si poteva nemmeno alzare la potenza altrimenti “”saltava la luce””. Il bagno era in condizioni pietose, la doccia è attaccata al water e sul pavimento dove c’è lo scarico della doccia si presenta ripetutamente acqua.

Hotellet ligger nära till havet och har inträde till ett mindre vattenpark, vilket är det bästa med hotellet. Också att det är grattis parkering bredvid, vilket annars kan vara svårt. Det är också bra att de serverar brunch till kl.14.00, men man ska alltså välja antingen frukost eller lunch (samma utbud). Man får inte servera sig själv utan måste be om att få maten upplagd på tallriken, vilket skapar kö. Kvalite på maten var bra, verkar vara hemlagat. Dock är det bara kallt mat.
Rummet var trång och badrummet också. Inte bekvämt eftersom toalettstolen ligger inne i duschen. Man ska ta ut toalettpapper innan man duschar för allt blir ju genomdränkt. Sedan fanns det ingen duschgel trots att det står att grattis badrumsartiklar ingår. Handdukar byts inte.
Fläkten i rummet skakar så mycket att det ser ut att åka i golvet med lampan när som helst, vågade inte att använda den…
Vattenland och grattis parkering är det bästa men annars trångt och inte särskilt bekvämt.

Abbiamo trovato un personale molto generoso e bravo, inoltre la struttura è vicina al centro della città e quindi è molto comodo. Non ci sono neanche orari da rispettare per rientrare, perché è sempre presente qualcuno.

Solo pochi giorni purtroppo ma felicissima della scelta dell hotel ambiente familiare particolare nell arredamento che mi ha piacevolmente sorpresa confortevole accogliente e pulito camera e bagni pulitissimi e profumati tutti i giorni ...titolari personale super gentili e disponibili ad accontentare ogni richiesta (phon ombrelli gratuiti) vasta scelta per il brunch tutto di ottima qualità e in quantità illimitata parcheggio e ingresso alle piscine gratuito convenzionato con l hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia ...GRAZIE per l accoglienza

consapevoli di aver scelto un hotel a 2 stelle arrivati abbiamo parcheggiato fronte hotel gratis siamo scesi è subito il direttore Franco ci ha invitato in struttura come se già ci conoscesse da decenni check.in e ci ha spiegato le opzioni di scelta che avevamo che sicuramente non riuscivamo a fare per i nostri 2 giorni di permanenza,abbiamo scelto il beach village dove ci siamo divertiti tantissimi.Ottima la colazione che siamo tornati per il pranzo con un supplemento irrisorio comprese bevande. Da provare assolutamente esperienza fantastica per il nostro 16 anniversario di matrimonio. P.S. complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo hotel, è stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno: gentilissimi i gestori, camera pulita e comoda (letti compresi, abbiamo riposato molto bene!), buoni tutti i servizi offerti, ovvero parco acquatico gratuito per gli ospiti dell'hotel,dove il nostro bambino si è divertito tantissimo, accesso al lido convenzionato a 100 metri dalla struttura ad un ottimo prezzo con molti servizi per i bimbi, uso gratuito delle bici di cui abbiamo usufruito una sera, buona colazione molto abbondante. Unica pecca il bagno molto piccolo con doccia scomoda, noi comunque ci siamo adattati bene. Un caro saluto ai gestori per l'accoglienza e la cortesia, Elena Antonio e il piccolo Marco🤗
