Partiamo dai lati negativi. Come tanti avendo prenotato e pagato un 4 stelle ci aspettavamo 4 stelle. Le camere sono sporche, appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia lasciati dai clienti precedenti, nel lavandino un dischetto di cotone incastrato nello scarico con altri capelli (non sappiamo se abbia dormito qui il cugino itt), pavimento sempre appiccicoso e un giorno rientrati in camera appena dopo il passaggio delle pulizie abbiamo capito il perché, era fradicio, ancora con la schiuma! Praticamente passano un panno non strizzato intriso di detersivo, una passata tanto x bagnare per bene tutto, compreso il copriletto che tocca terra, e via. L'arredamento come già segnalato é vecchio però vabbè, se lo pulissero andrebbe anche bene, noi di rotto non abbiamo trovato nulla... I lati positivi sono: la posizione ottima, parcheggio privato (a pagamento non gratis ma sempre meglio che niente) piscina molto bella, il personale cortese e disponibile. Ho visto che tanti si sono lamentati della colazione ma a noi é piaciuta, certo, sempre non da 4 stelle ma non era male

Un buon Hotel in una buona posizione, lungo viale D'Annunzio angolo con Via Leoncavallo, a 30 metri da viale Dante ed a 100 dalla spiaggia. hanno parcheggio privato chiuso da cancello. ma l'arma vincente è lo staff, tutti gentilissimi e premurosi. soprattutto le addette alla reception. adorabili. Grazie di tutto.

Prenoti un 4 stelle paghi da 4 stelle arrivi e ti trovi in un 2 stelle, a stare abbondanti. Camera vecchia con polvere sui mobili, porta del bagno rotta, sporco negli angoli . Colazione base base , cameriere alto molto gentile, il resto dello staff inappropriato . Non torneremo

Abbiamo prenotato un weekend in. questo hotel sulla scorta delle sue quattro stelle, che in realtà sono solo "apparenti", in quanto la Struttura si presenta come una pensione di due stelle. Subito l'impressione della camera non è stata buona, con l'arredamento datato e soprattutto polvere a vista e residui di cibo sul pavimento... Il personale è anche gentile, ma non è abbastanza qualificato e professionale (in particolare quello di sala). Colazione e cena dozzinali, mancanza di cura nei dettagli, si punta più sulla quantità che sulla qualità. Purtroppo la struttura si è rivelata una delusione...

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per un weekend e per fortuna! Hotel che merita una stella, non di più! Le altre le avrà prese perché probabilmente sono cadute lì la notte di San Lorenzo….…Stelle cadenti!! Va rivisto tutto ma proprio tutto. Non ritorneremo!

Vergognoso...avevamo prenotato una camera telefonicamente e quando siamo arrivati non era prenotata....abbiamo chiesto se avessero una camera e ce l' hanno offerta ad un prezzo maggiore di 200 euro...oltretutto mi hanno trattato con arroganza e maleducazione..disperati veramente..un falso con 4 stelle...camere allucinanti ..riccione non è hotel Vittoria...un consiglio chiudete

Hotel che a mala pena vale 2 stelle, pietanze scarse una sera avevamo di contorno le patate nel piatto contate tre patate. Per non parlare della colazione abbiamo chiesto prodotti celiaci, ci sono state portate fette biscottate già aperte con dentro una sola fetta su due come anche il pacchetto sempre senza glutine dei muesli cereali aperto tutto il pacchetto. Cosa indecorosa. Altra cosa scandalosa tavoli appiccicati uno vicino all'altro, che per andare al bagno o uscire dalla sala ristorante uno doveva far alzare altre persone sedute. Hotel sconsigliato.
