This is our 3rd visit at The Dory. We had another amazing time- excellent cycling- bikes, routes and guides. Great stay at the hotel- delicious and creative food. Felt welcomed by Stephano and all the staff.❤️ We will continue to recommend The Dory to all our cycling friends.

The entire experience was wonderful. My hotel room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy the warm breeze in the evening. The buffet meals were delightful Italian theme cuisine. The rented bicycle was new and perfect, our bicycle tours around Rizzione were on peaceful quiet roads with gorgeous countryside and jaw dropping ocean views. It is a Dory experience that I can highly recommend.

Starting from the Transfer bus driver, Front desk staff, the restaurant servers, bar staff, the room maids, the Ride Guides, the owner Stefano …EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was a FANTASTIC experience!! I & my wife love Hotel Dory Bike hotel which we visiting for one week biking & vication every year since 25 years ago. Stefano - the owner of the hotel who gote Sumilie certificate during May 2024 (during our last vication) managing and paticipating perfectly. daily & hourly all activities: bike ridind (5 levels), BBQ party in his mounain winery villa, disco dancing party, lunch in winery, and more activities for bikers and non bikers. The food is very good. We love Stefano and the bike tech. & trainers, food and wine varaiety., and all staff. do'nt miss this #1 bike hotel ! Eitan & Liora

I came with my girlfriend for a week of vacation and bike rides in the Dory Hotel. The place was beyond any expectation, the food was great, the bikes were professional quality, and the guy who guided us was amazing. Stefano, the owner of the hotel is always present, he and his staff are doing everything they can to make the best stay for us. I definitely will come again to this place.

We came to a week for a bike vacation. From the very beginning great hospitality Excellent food, wonderful room and Stefano the owner helped me to organise a great birthday celebration for my boyfriend. We had great rides with Andrea who is leading the bike tours. We are happy to warmly recommend the Dory Hotel and we are expecting to come back soon ❤️

One of the most comfortable hotels that we’ve ever stayed❣️We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Stefano, which is not hard because he is very involved with the guests and makes himself available to everyone. While we were talking, a couple kids saw him and their eyes lit up so they ran over to give him a hug. We asked if they were his grandchildren. He laughed and said they were hotel guests. We started to feel more like those kids the more time we spent at DORY. It is really an “experience” more than a hotel. Our reason for choosing DORY was actually for their famous cycling tours leaving daily from the hotel’s ground floor bike shop and they were really beyond our expectations! I cycled 2 days with a different guide each day and they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly “fun” to cycle with as well as the other high-level cycling guests that DORY attracts. We really could not recommend DORY more highly!

While I didn’t think it was possible to have more admiration, affection, or respect for Owner Stefano and the entire Dory family, my second stay during a catastrophic weather event proved me wrong. Stefano and his team worked MIRACLES to keep cyclists happy and riding safely throughout the week. Despite less-than-ideal conditions, Dory’s bike program ran on all cylinders— including the much-beloved country house BBQ and wine tasting (neither with any rain)! When we couldn’t ride, Stefano personally guided a private tour of San Leo, followed by a magnificent multi-course lunch at a local restaurant. It felt as though the quiet comune had opened its doors just for us! I’ll never know all of the Herculean efforts by Stefano and his team, but I‘ll always remember that they never lost their cool, and never were without a SMILE. Next stay is already booked!
