A beautiful villa but the rooms and services could use a refresh. It is very well located near the station and via Ceccarini. Friendly staff but not always adequate to meet customer requests

The room was small, with no balcony and an internal view. Small swimming pool, noisy and difficult to regulate air conditioning, poor attention to the customer, including the final billing. Bicycle service available but with old, inadequate bikes and with no one to give you directions. Good location near Viale Ceccarini but I don't think I'll be back

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel a maggio 2024 in occasione di un congresso . L’esperienza dello scorso anno nello stesso hotel non era stata molto positiva( perché mi era stata assegnata una stanza a me non gradita ed il personale non è riuscito a darmi una sistemazione migliore perché le altre camere erano occupate )ma ho voluto dare un’altra possibilità prima di lasciare la recensione ed ho cambiato totalmente il giudizio ..ho chiesto una superior che invece era perfetta,colazione ottima ,posizione perfetta per la stazione,il centro congressi e poco distante dal mare ,personale gentile a parte un po’ di freddezza da parte di qualcuna della reception un po’ risentita per la mia telefonata in cui chiedevo di avere una stanza più decente di quella dello scorso anno che,se non erro,era la num 90. Grazie !

Hotel super , pulito ,staff gentile parcheggio auto e ricarica gratis per clienti Porsche , colazione superlativa , il ragazzo che riceve nel parcheggio e ci aiuta ad effettuare la ricarica è veramente eccezionale , nelle ultime due volte abbiamo avuto la camera 007 che l abbiamo trovata unica , simpatica e confortevole un grazie a tutto lo staff

Ottimo hotel, pulito curato e in una zona centralissima! Una menzione va in particolare al ragazzo della reception l abbiamo trovato veramente gentile e molto professionale. Colazione varia e ingredienti di prima qualità. Consigliatissimo

Punti forti : personale gentilissimo specialmente il ragazzo “tuttofare” e la colazione . Spa carina un po’ alto il prezzo per accedervi , molto piccola. Noi avevamo la suite , tutto l’albergo comunque merita di una maggiore cura nei dettagli e qualcosa anche da restaurare . Terrazza con due sedie di plastica buttate lì senza tavolino , alcune parti di intonaco scrostati , doccia col pavimento rotto , calcare . Sì diciamo per le stelle che ha merita assolutamente un restauro complessivo . Comoda la vicinanza al viale .

Mi sono trovata in questo albergo a causa trasferimento da altro chiuso per il mal tempo. Valutazione molto positiva per la posizione a 5 min dalla stazione a piedi e a 5 min dal Palazzo Congressi dove dovevo recarmi. Poco distante dal centro commerciale. Personale estremamente gentile. Subito ha rimediato a fornirmi altra coperta e un termosifone portatile poiché il climatizzatore era impostato a rinfrescare la stanza. Colazione abbondante e ottimo servizio del personale.

Hotel molto carino situato in centro,vicinissimo alla stazione . La camera piccolina (eravamo già informati 14 mq) ma andava più che bene per una notte. Tutto molto pulito . La moquette in corridoio da migliorare. Causa maltempo abbiamo usufruito della spa(nota dolente) troppo piccola, soprattutto la vasca idromassaggio con 2 postazioni e pochissime bolle!. La colazione abbondante e tutto lo staff molto gentile. Comunque grazie
