The room is very nice, but there are no disposable slippers. The breakfast is great. You can swim in the summer. It is a private house converted, with good greenery and environment. If you go to Riccione, choose this one. It is a 3-minute walk from Riccione Train Station, very convenient.

Bella struttura, a due passi dal centro, stanza profumata e confortevole. Personale gentile e professionale. Buona e varia la colazione. In sintesi: equilibrato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Una nota negativa è che la stazione è talmente vicina allhotel che, quando passano i treni, sembra che ci sia in atto una simulazione di evacuazione sismica.😂

Stayed twice, both nice.
Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!

No better location for train and touring
Perfect choice if you're coming or going from the Riccione station, as Hotel de la Ville is right across the street and just a few steps to the beach. Friendly, efficient service in a beautiful building; a good comfortable sleep despite the regular sound of the trains passing into and through the station (I thought it was a wind storm at first). Wrong season for the pool (I love a resort town in the off season) but it was lovely and public spaces are wonderful to. Be warned, there are stairs to entrance (elevators to upper floors) if you are lugging large luggage. Good sized room and excellent value for price. Planning to stay again on my way out of town.

Ero già stato in questo hotel e sono ritornato perché mi ero trovato molto bene, ma questa volta caliamo un velo pietoso. Camera veramente squallida, male odorante, materasso da spacca ossa e cuscini da mal di testa, oltretutto con alcuni peli nel lavandino. Il riscaldamento a parete non era funzionante, per cui lo faccio presente in reception assicurandomi che avrebbero provveduto in merito. Esco per fare un giro e, al rientro, mi dicono che era stato ripristinato cosa non vera perché continuava a non funzionare. Lo faccio presente di nuovo e solamente in serata torna lievemente a funzionare. A causa del cattivo odore, nella notte sono stato costretto a lasciare la finestra un pochino aperta cosa inaccettabile in una struttura 4 stelle. Buona invece la colazione, variegata sia dolce che salata. Un vero peccato perché così facendo si arrivano a perdere clienti e credo che oggi come oggi non ci si possa permettere. Pertanto, un saluto, a mai più rivedervi e avanti il prossimo.
