The Hotel: relaxing, new and elegant facing the sea. Clean, luxury and comfortable rooms. Restaurant 6th Floor: amazing. Roof Top 7th Floor: incredible and romantic sunset drink. Fantastic sushi. Service: very friendly. Always smiling people.

Italian luxury & hospitality at its finest. We booked this hotel after a nightmare at another local hotel ( see my last review) The hotel is new , luxurious, elegant and beautifully done. It had a very Armani feel to it. Front desk & bell service was top notch, we explained what happened at the other hotel, and they even upgraded our room for free. The room is comfortable, super modern & clean. I loved all the details. The TV in the ceiling, electronic shades, touch screen night tables and the bathroom is perfect. The only thing it was missing was a magnifying mirror and or some makeup lighting. I was not able to use the other amenities due to the short stay but they all looked very nice. The restaurante was amazing. Food was so good & service was great. We will return here for sure. They saved our trip!

We stayed here 6 nights in this luxury hotel facing the beautiful beach of reccione, everyday we have a great weather. From the front desk upon check in everybody was friendly. We booked a suit room facing the beachfront.Uberall hotel amneties was perfect for me.On the roof top 7th floor were we always did our sunset drink we were always serve by friendly bar personal Lorenzo and Danilo from Naples. The service was always good we were always greeted by smiles and small talks. The Sushi which was done by Orges was fantastic. I will be back here again in this beautiful and relaxing hotel . A beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and a extraordinary restaurant. You have a very good breakfast with a breath taking view. The rooftop bar is just wonderful. Very good wine and food and a unbeliebavable view. The two charming and comunicative waiters Lorenzo and Danielo from neaples are very friendly and talkative. They really care about the guest, like friends, it is very nice to have a chat with them both. A place we have to come back.

If you are visiting the east coast of Italy there is a place that you must take time to visit. In the beautiful city of Riccione (just south of Rimini) lies The Promenade Hotel - a luxurious gem of a hotel. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the most fantastic staff who will take care of your every need. When you arrive at your room you will notice that no expense has been spared to make your stay an experience of a life time - it is simply just perfect and immaculate. The view over the beach - both from the room and from the amazing roof top bar and restaurant will blow your mind away and for your own sake be sure to visit the wonderful spa and the incredible fitness center - the latter is the biggest, newest and most well equipped I have ever experienced in any hotel (also with a breathtaking view over the ocean). Breakfast is also unique and I can not highlight enough how kind and serviceminded the staff is (thank you Franco for taking so good care of us). All in all The Promenade is a must visit in my view and I can only give it my highest recommendations.

First of all, to everyone who‘s reading this rating, I want to break down the most important things of our stay here at „The Promenade Luxury & SPA“ : Reception: A very kind staff at the front desk, always welcoming the guests with a smile! Whoever is passing by the reception, the staff is standing up as a respectful gesture! Helpful and just great! Restaurant & Breakfast: Well, our Family couldn‘t describe this in words. The whole collective from Francesco is doing a great job and is super organized! We literally can feel the 5 star enjoyment. Starting from the breakfast leaded by Maniola, with a big selection. The dinner is leaded by Franco, very kind and always smiling. The dinner team is well organized!! All of the restaurant staff are very kind and open for any wishes and trying their best, to fulfill the wish. The kitchen is extraordinary perfect. Fresh cooked dishes and high quality. The restaurant is worth every single star. Rooms and Cleaning Service: The rooms are on the latest standards! Very clean and fresh. Can‘t complain! The cleaning stuff is always trying to change the towels and clean the room. 5 star service. Accomodation & facilities: What a great SPA! Modern and clean. Everything you need is inside. The pool area has always some nice music. A very silent and clean place to enjoy the holiday. Roof top bar with a roof top pool with a sight to the beach and sea. Also in the restaurant, you can enjoy your dishes with a beautiful sight to the sea. All in all, one of the best hotels in this area! hotel Luxury, hotel: Ambiante da emirato arabo tutto oro, ma sono gusti e non giudico di certo questo, camere eleganti e ben fornite. hostess: eleganti, bella presenza avvolte un pò impacciate aperitivo: Curerei molto di più l'aperitivo, abbiamo richiesto un piattino per due definito "all'italiana".. Mi aspettavo sicuramente qualcosa di diverso dallo spicchio di piadina, poca cura e cibo industriale. Il personale di sala: sono carini ma trapela la poca esperienza, tante trottole che non sanno cosa fare e servizio approssimato, (eviterei di dare del " tu"). a parere mio servirebbe più personale professionale alla portata di un hotel 5 stelle. la cucina: la nota peggiore! molto deludente. Non è la prima volta che ceno (per lavoro o piacere) li ma mi rendo conto che manca la continuità. in un'anno di apertura saranno cambiati 5/6 chef. cucina disordinata a vista, tutti con giacche diverse, dal mio tavolo sentivo la cucina parlare ad alta voce, poco pulita. cibo non all'altezza di un 5 stelle, con conto da 6 stelle. ha tanto potenziale ma va sfruttato
