Stayed during Agrishow 2022, the hotel was fully occupied but the services worked well. Nice, quiet, clean room. Availability of elevators was limited during ’rush hours’ in the morning and late afternoon which understandable, though.

The room is new and cozy, the avenue is quiet and it is possible to rest. Breakfast is very good with a variety of things. The staff are very respectful and educated about the care they are. I have had a great impression of the place and I indicate to whom they need to travel, whether to work/business or to leisure.

I had two close-to-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a The room was not dressed, the rooms were very sweet and tight at the reception. The toilet was a horror (see photo). The room was not adapted as required in the reservation. The beds were box-like and firm (for those who like pillow top is a negative point :-D). Ramp inclined in the entrance, difficult for those with reduced mobility. Breakfast with little variety. The Accor network price is dynamic - that is, changes all time according to demand. Reception at unpleasant check-in. In comparison between this Ibis and Intercity RP, Intercity is better with a similar price.

CARRAPATO NA CAMA Péssima experiência de colaborador! Hospedei minha colaboradora ontem dia 17/01 neste hotel e a cama dela estava cheia de CARRAPATO!!!!!!!!! Sim, carrapato pela cama e travesseiro! Ao entrar em contato com a recepção a atendente não acreditou, achou que era mentira desdenhou e fez minha colaboradora descer porque teria que ir pessoalmente pedir a transferência de quarto ( detalhe eram 22h). A atendente só subiu no quarto pois minha colaboradora solicitou pois a atendente e o outro funcionário estavam com ar de deboche achando que era mentira. O quarto foi trocado sem nenhum pedido de desculpas ou ressarcimento pelo grande mal esta! NUNCA MAIS!!!
