Ribeirao Preto Hotels with Swimming Pools

Stayed during Agrishow 2022, the hotel was fully occupied but the services worked well. Nice, quiet, clean room. Availability of elevators was limited during ’rush hours’ in the morning and late afternoon which understandable, though.

I was very nice to stay in the hotel and I was very nice to stay in the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. I'll indicate the hotel and every time you come back to river will be my hosting

HPlus is a great hotel with excellent service and excellent facilities. Although it is apparently less than some hotels, it becomes an advantage, because it makes its atmosphere more cool. The Superior Double Room suite is extremely comfortable and spacious and has served our needs with free time.

As dependências são ótimas! Os funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. A alimentação é ótima! O café da manhã é um diferencial. O apartamento onde nos hospedamos possuem dois ambientes com mobília própria e muito bem cuidada. Um luxo! Voltaremos, com certeza e recomendamos. Tudo neste hotel é de muito bom gosto! A arquitetura é algo impressionante.

The breakfast was terrible, tasted bad. And the service was not professional. When I checked out, they ask me every drink which we had used in minibar, how could I remember the detail? Then when I checked the bill, they asked why I can’t pay immediately? In fact the billing is wrong.I don’t think this hotel deserve a chain hotel. I will not chose this hotel again. I always stay there when I'm in Ribeirão Preto and I'm always out of words with how amazing my experience has been. From the managers to receptionist, cleaning services and security agents, the whole staff is very nice, friendly, polite and goes out of their way to make my stay the most comfortable possible. Their restaurant has a very nice, silent, climatized environment, with special chairs for small kids. Their breakfast is very nice with great variety: fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, many different kinds of breads, cookies, sausages, scrambled eggs, morning cereals, juices, coffee, milk, sandwich grillers, yougurt, etc. The staff are constantly replenishing everything and taking out used utensils from our table. I can't recommend enough.

Decadent and careless hotel, the room was sweet, and a cheap appeared, I asked to exchange, they put me in another similar in the same floor, I asked if there was no younger room, they said no, however the photos do not correspond to the rooms I used, the bathroom had no Sabonete door, several mopho points , mosquitos out of the rally, the remote control of the TV was not in the room I complained it took 2 hours to take, Reasonable coffee , but even lack of care , mosquitoes near the meal , hidden butter , I had to ask because I had only margarine in the bank , all countries half hard . The only good aspect was the reception service . Corridors with well-sweet tapes . I don't recommend

I enjoyed the stay since very good service, sympathetic, friendly, always smileful staff. I loved the room I stayed, very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the city! Academia small, but very cosy and met my needs and I consider a plus pq few hotels offer today and when you have some arrangement with academies, it's very expensive!! You still have a spectacular view! Sorry I didn't cut the bar and the pool! Breakfast notes thousand, even comparing with other hotels in the same network! Two points of improvement: I dinned one night and despite the very pleasant place, they forgot to bring my drink! I'm back to Ribeirão every month and I'm just staying there!

If you are alone or couple, OK. Good bed; excellent shower. The problem in our case was the fourth annex, for our daughter. Bad bed sofa; small. And there was a door that gave access to a neighboring room, which made the sound bad (which gave to listen to guests in the next room).Another problem: breakfast was scheduled according to the COVID. The coffee ended at 10h. Obviously many items were exhausted, and the attendant was still gross when we asked for more food/drinks.

Mudamos de quarto pois o ar-condicionado não ligava. Nada de extraordinário. Basicao!
