O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Deixa a desejar no aspecto de limpeza geral e melhor zelo para aparências de banheiros e áreas corredor e recepção. Precisa daquele "tapa " na pintura, limpeza dos elevadores e paredes. Mas tudo funcionando ok. Contudo, atendimento é excepcional e o cafe da manhã delicioso. Só faltou aquele cafezinho coado. Um abraço.

O ibis Styles Braz Olaia é uma opção excelente de hotel econômico, confortável, bem localizado e moderno. Achamos as instalações adequadas e aconchegantes e a localização muito conveniente. O hotel tem um barzinho bacana e um café da manhã excelente. Os quartos tem wifi, mesa de trabalho, TV e secador de cabelos. Funcionários competentes e educados, entre os quais destaco Zenildo e Barbára. Obrigada por uma ótima estadia.

Tive uma experiência excelente no Ibis Styles Braz Olaia e faço questão de deixar registrado o quanto fui bem acolhido durante minha estadia. O hotel é moderno, bem decorado, limpo e oferece um ótimo custo-benefício, mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, está na equipe. Todos — da recepção ao restaurante, passando pela equipe da limpeza — demonstraram um alto nível de profissionalismo, simpatia e atenção aos detalhes. Desde o check-in, me senti muito bem-vinda. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento caloroso e a disposição da equipe em ajudar com tudo que precisei. Eles não apenas cumprem suas funções, mas realmente fazem questão de proporcionar uma experiência agradável, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e muita educação.
