Very well organized hotel, cozy rooms and a delicious and complete breakfast. The hotel is impeccably clean and smells great. The service is excellent, the reception and breakfast staff are very attentive.

We just arrived, horrible service, the receptionist was not at all attentive. All the websites do not say that parking is charged, when you get here you will have this surprise. I wanted to speak to the manager or person in charge and the receptionist said they do not work on weekends lol I do not recommend it and stay away from this scam.

Regarding the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help, I was extremely satisfied. As for the facilities and food, I expected more. The gym has old treadmills and one was broken. The menu offers very few options, but in return, there is a free shuttle service to the mall.

Very welcoming hotel, excellent size room, great breakfast. The location is good, very close to the center. Only the TV in the room is small, but it has cable TV, which is great. I highly recommend the stay.

We have stayed there before and the quality remains the same! Suite 301 is fantastic, perfect bed, hot tub and everything very beautiful. Great service from reservation, reception and breakfast team. I would just leave a few suggestions: dangerous stairs to get out of the bathtub, there should be something to prevent you from slipping. Also leave 2 pairs of towels in the bathroom, one pair is not enough. We recommend it and will definitely be back.
