Everything was great! Exceeded expectations. Service was ok. Dinner and breakfast were ok. Cleaning was ok. Premium heated pool was very good. Super spacious rooms, with bath towels and pool towels in the room. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Spectacular: food, room and children's recreation. I've been there 4 times and I'll be back. People are kind and the quality of everything is top notch. The difficult thing about a place like this is that we become very demanding. I hope to return soon. I recommend it to anyone.

Incredible experience. From check-in, throughout our stay until check-out. Service, cleanliness, courtesy, restaurant, beverage and snack services, swimming pools, everything was impeccable! Wonderful heated and room temperature pools, saunas, jacuzzi, game room... Very comfortable room, bed, pillow menu, wonderful shower... Golf cart service to move around the resort... Really incredible! Special thanks to Paulo for the delicious drinks by the pool, to Patota JP (Aunt Rebeca and Aunt Tatá who made my daughter so happy), to Joiciele who made our room incredibly cozy, to Michel for the excellent service, to the Chef for the delicious menu, finally, to the entire team at Royal Tulip Ribeirão for the invigorating days we spent there. We will definitely be back!
