Pedracin Village

We arrived on February 4, 2024 and we only stayed one night. The place is original, the setting is superb but it is very, very isolated. When we arrived, the reception was at minimum service, you have to manage to find your bungalow, no one to accompany you or offer to carry your suitcases. The rooms are clean with minimum comfort. When we stayed, there were only 6 guests in the hotel, the swimming pool was empty, the staff very amateur, seemed in a hurry to serve us dinner and the waitress made a mistake in the order. We did not sleep all night because of the music, because to our great amazement the hotel is a nightclub until 4 a.m. I got up several times during the night to ask for the music to be turned down, without success because there was no manager of the hotel entirely given over to very drunk partygoers. We contacted our agency, who transferred us to another hotel the next morning. A big management problem in this establishment which does not deserve three stars but which could be a superb place.

Spectacular view but cannot erase the hotel's urgent need for renovation. Beds are not very comfortable. The television and air conditioning don't work. Relatively tasty food but without much variety. If you arrive at your meal late, there is probably either no food left or it is cold. Internet only works at reception and even then there is no good signal. Weak breakfast. Dining room is small, so the tables are placed on a kind of balcony where there is a lot of air current.

First day without pool. Pool without treatment. Bad food. Room flooding overnight due to A/C. No pool second day. Without a person in charge, director or manager to respond. We left.

The site is magnificent, the common areas are well decorated but the rooms are poorly maintained. This hotel could be great, but what a pity that housekeeping is sketchy and there isn't enough hot water for everyone. A message indicates that the water must be run for 5 minutes (in a country that lacks it), but without result when the hotel is full.

Quel dommage ! L'endroit est superbe mais il manque du personnel formé. Le Ils sont très gentils mais certains ne parlent ni anglais ni français, ne sont pas toujours présents au bar ou au restau (qui est bon mais pas varié quand on y passe plusieurs jours). Les chambres sont propres mais simples. Pas d'intimité avec les toilettes car la porte est très peu épaisse. Certaines douches sont vétustes . Et le summum c'est que tout le monde après une balade veut profiter de la piscine et.....il n'y a que 4 transats inconfortables !! Bref on ne cherchait pas le luxe mais notre groupe est unanime pour dire :"peut mieux faire "! Et ça ne semble pas beaucoup changer vu les autres commentaires alors qu'attendez vous? C'est pourtant tellement joli cet endroit!
