We were even more shocked that they assigned us the plot without the option to choose between those that were free, and of course we got a plot attached to a wall and with absolutely no shade with two dogs that we brought. We told them the day after we left at noon and if they would refund us the extra day we paid, taking into account the inconveniences (which they were fully aware of) and they offer us to refund only 40% of the total. We would have agreed to pay a late checkout but what they offered was shameful. Not even a plot change. In addition, the restaurant had to open at 9 in the morning and the day it opened the earliest was at 9:45, because according to what they told us "they had fallen asleep". And to appease the heat we had a ridiculous pool that the campsite customers themselves had to remove the dirt that was falling inside. To top it all off, it's a campsite that champions the welcome of dogs and they show it only by charging for them, there were no bags for excrement anywhere and everything was prohibited from them everywhere. a hypocrisy

Location of the campsite and views very good. We stayed in a bungalow, which, while clean, had many shortcomings. Very poorly equipped kitchen, few blankets, bathroom without heating (we lost the desire to shower on the second day), the shower did not have a support to hang the shower head, a non-existent Wi-Fi signal, the absence of minimal elements to sweep and mop the room, orientation south (barely sunlight entered), excessively narrow parking (we had to park the car on an esplanade 30 m further). The communal play area had a decadent feel, with old furniture and surprisingly dirty. With a lot of dust. The attention was correct. But at the same time, suspicious. It was required to leave the DNI to request the ping pong paddles. Also leave a deposit of 50 euros upon arrival that was returned not on the day of departure, but a few days later after reviewing the bungalow. In short, not very good feelings. There are many things that could be improved if they took it more seriously.

Disastrous camping. Some ill-mannered despot owners threatening your face for nothing. They overcharge you for electricity. The girl at the reception is a disaster, she doesn't know anything. Sharing private data with the other clients. The bathrooms are disgusting and dirty. showers without any privacy, with some cockroaches. The wiffy seems to have been punctured from a private house. The dirty pool at 10 in the morning with a capacity of 20 people, they have come to count 35 or more and the good thing is that there is no lifeguard .No trash can in the entire campsite, meaning that the campsite is full of dog feces and dirt. It is not surprising that there are mobile homes and roulots for sale. A CAMPSITE THAT DESPITE ITS SITUATION WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. I advise you to do the same for that price there are other much better campsites with more and better services
