Hotel Snö Condes del Pallars

La habitación estaba bien aunque la cama bastante dura. Respecto a las instalaciones, cumple con las expectativas y el desayuno ees muy completo. El hotel se ha especializado en colonias de niños y adolescentes, entonces tendrás a mucha juventud durante la estancia. Tiene un spa muy bien de precio y buena localización en el Pallars Sobirà, con un parking enorme justo al lado del hotel.

A disgustingly mediocre hotel. Looking at the booking page we were promised something completely different. The rooms, mostly, destroyed, attached photos of some of our rooms. Some had bugs, not just mosquitoes, everything. We couldn't open the windows because of the bugs. The corridors were disgusting, dirty, unkempt and stinky. On the website it said that there was air conditioning, the only thing we found when we arrived was a heater that is activated when it is a bit cold. The elevator was scary, it smelled like a wet dog and it made a terrible noise. Let's talk about the staff, very unpleasant, they did not let you eat freely in the buffet, they did not control anything and they were never at the reception. Disappointing. The common areas were saved a bit, but the pool was full of dead bugs, it had green water areas and not to mention the one for small children, it had frogs. The buffet was really disgusting, the food looked bad, it tasted bad, it didn't follow the sanitary rules. We had to file several complaints for them to put something decent, we went almost 3 days without eating. Not to mention the conditions, you could not take more than one piece of food, the cooks do not use the regulatory protections, so the food has hair, we have found several hairs in our disgusting food. The dining room was full, full of flies. Buffet with little variety and no drinks. The vending machines were almost empty, they are what we have eaten these days. The only salvageable thing about the hotel is the exterior, the views and the location, with activities nearby and the town next door. We expected much more from the hotel, we left very disappointed.

Hace años que vamos a este hotel, durante las fiestas navideñas y aunque le hace falta una reforma, tanto la comida como el servicio son muy buenos. Este año además han incorporado animación, Fran es genial! toda la familia feliz y contenta con la experiencia. Gracias y hasta la próxima!

Hotel sencillo,el buffet del desayuno bien pero si vas a última hora ya no reponen y en la cena lo mismo no reponen a última hora y no hay variedad, el trabajador de la plancha con muy pocas ganas de trabajar y falta de actitud,por lo demás para pasar unos días no está mal,

El lugar está en un sitio precioso, las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, quizás echamos en falta algo de aire acondicionado. Lo mejor son los chicos y chicas de las actividades, que no paran de currar mañana,tarde y noche, son unos currantes y mi hijo ya pregunta por Iván y Adri para el año que viene. El buffet lo encontramos algo justo, pero la calidad era buena, mención especial para los postres. Nos veremos el año que viene!!

El Hotel está bien situado y está limpio. Las habitaciones son antiguas aunque están limpias. Las camas cómodas. No tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que pasamos calor. Las instalaciones son antiguas, pero cumplen su funcion perfectamente. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron es completo, aunque los zumos eran de maquina y el de naranja estaba bastante aguado, habia bollería, fruta, cereales... El lugar es Pet friendly, no permiten la entrada del perro en el restaurante, aunque sí se puede quedar en la habitación, lo que es de gran importancia para poder comer tranquilo y no tener que dejar el perro en el coche.
