Hotel Snö Condes del Pallars

A disgustingly mediocre hotel. Looking at the booking page we were promised something completely different. The rooms, mostly, destroyed, attached photos of some of our rooms. Some had bugs, not just mosquitoes, everything. We couldn't open the windows because of the bugs. The corridors were disgusting, dirty, unkempt and stinky. On the website it said that there was air conditioning, the only thing we found when we arrived was a heater that is activated when it is a bit cold. The elevator was scary, it smelled like a wet dog and it made a terrible noise. Let's talk about the staff, very unpleasant, they did not let you eat freely in the buffet, they did not control anything and they were never at the reception. Disappointing. The common areas were saved a bit, but the pool was full of dead bugs, it had green water areas and not to mention the one for small children, it had frogs. The buffet was really disgusting, the food looked bad, it tasted bad, it didn't follow the sanitary rules. We had to file several complaints for them to put something decent, we went almost 3 days without eating. Not to mention the conditions, you could not take more than one piece of food, the cooks do not use the regulatory protections, so the food has hair, we have found several hairs in our disgusting food. The dining room was full, full of flies. Buffet with little variety and no drinks. The vending machines were almost empty, they are what we have eaten these days. The only salvageable thing about the hotel is the exterior, the views and the location, with activities nearby and the town next door. We expected much more from the hotel, we left very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the hotel

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Habitación muy decente y comida buffet de calidad. Instalaciónes algo viejas y descuidadas. Sobre todo piscina algo sucia y vieja. El campo de mini golf muy descuidado y roto asi como la cancha de fútbol

El lugar está en un sitio precioso, las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, quizás echamos en falta algo de aire acondicionado. Lo mejor son los chicos y chicas de las actividades, que no paran de currar mañana,tarde y noche, son unos currantes y mi hijo ya pregunta por Iván y Adri para el año que viene. El buffet lo encontramos algo justo, pero la calidad era buena, mención especial para los postres. Nos veremos el año que viene!!

Habitación muy antigua y sucia. Había bichos por todas partes. Piscina muy dejada, lo del spa es un timo. Comida mala sobre todo quería puntualizar que hay un aspersor gastando agua las 24 horas en la situación de sequía que hay en Cataluña. Me parece vergonzoso. Este hotel necesita un cambio de Aires

Nos hemos hospedado en este hotel en agosto. El hotel no tiene categoría de 3 estrellas, carece de mantenimiento de habitaciones. Habitacion con suelo de madera roto, puerta de salida al balcón rota, luces fundidas, baño viejo y sin mantenimiento. Las fotos q ofrecen en Booking de la comida del buffet no se asemejan a la realidad. Poca variedad y nula presentación.
