Beachmount Holiday Apartments

We have just arrived back from these lovely apar**ents, we were supposed to take our granddaughter but unfortunately she couldn't make it, so just me and hubby. On arrival we were surprised at the size of our apar**ent (no4). It was spotlessly clean with everything that we needed. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge, also Welsh cakes😋The kitchen is fully equipped,and designed and decorated lovely as was the whole apar**ent. Lovely walks into Colwyn Bay and surrounding area. Especially to the golf course which hubby loved. Our favourite eatery was the Rhos Fynach, 5 minute walk near the crazy golf. Food was amazing. We will definitely be back in the future and we will be recommending the Beachmount to friends and family. Thank you.

Super apar**ent, really clean and great easy walking distance into Rhos on Sea - would recommend. Nicely furnished. Came with basics needed to run kitchen and clean etc and toilet rolls etc - we weren't clear from communications if this was the case or not so this was really helpful.

We stayed in the detached bungalow at the rear of the apar**ents. Private parking and a nice, quiet location. Landlord Russ was great. Very helpful and friendly. The place was very well equipped and clean.

We stayed for 3 nights in apar**ent 2 and had a brilliant time. All my communication was through e mail - so we didn't get to meet Russ. On arrival our key was in a keysafe just outside the front door with a code provided. We did struggle with getting the key! However once inside, the apar**ent was a great size and very clean and comfortable. Everything you could think of was in the kitchen and a lovely touch was that milk and welsh cakes had been left for us. The sofas were comfy and the TV was a much bigger size than you usually find in holiday apar**ents. The bedroom was huge with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was bijou with just a shower and toilet. There is parking for each apar**ent although after the first night we actually parked on the road. It is a short walk to both the local Co-op (which is well stocked) and the town. There are cafes, a park for the children and a crazy golf place. It is close to places like Bodnant Garden, Conwy Castle and Llandudno. We would certainly return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the beachmount apar**ents. The accomodation was 1st class, very clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. When we are back that way we will definitely try to book there again.

The apar**ent was extremely well appointed - everything we needed was provided. Impeccably clean. There was parking for each apar**ent although we parked on the road as it is a little tricky to get out onto the road. A lovely touch that milk and welsh cakes were there on arrival. Although we didn't meet the owner, I had great communication via e mail. Only a short walk to the main part of town. Well situated for visiting places such as Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle and LLandudno. We would return if ever back in the area.

My sister and I had to make an unscheduled trip to the area and was originally looking for a Premier Inn or similar so we could come and go as we pleased.....everywhere was fully booked, thank goodness!...otherwise we'd never have found this gem. I rang and booked with Russ on Friday night and arrived on Saturday lunchtime to be greeted with a smile and the offer to carry out bags up to our apar**ent. What a lovely apar**ent it was, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, well appointed and cosy!! We stayed 2 nights and Russ couldn't have been more helpfull, answering all our questions and letting us have a late checkout so we could work round hospital visiting hours. It was a bit of a haven in an otherwise stressful weekend and I can't thank you enough. We will be back!!!

We recently visited these holiday apar**ents and stayed for 3 nights. The apar**ent we stayed in was fantastic. We couldn't have wanted for more. It had everything we could have needed and the place was spotless. Beds were very comfortable, couches too! The kitchen had every utensil we could've needed and appliances are easy to use. There is already tea, coffee, sugar and milk chilling in the fridge on arrival. There is also a packet of complementary delicious Welsh cakes. The hosts were very plesent and welcoming. They are also a text/call away should you want/need anything. Parking facilities are available with 3 parking spaces in the front and 3 in the back. There is also washing facilities on the premises should you need to do laundry on long stays. Although there is enough space for a car per apar**ent there is on street parking available free of charge just outside the apar**ent block. In terms of location the apar**ents are a minute walk from the promenade with several shops and cafes to eat along the front. However bare in mind many of them close around 5-5.30pm. There are two pubs that open late however we did not try them so cannot recommend. Inside the apar**ents is a little black book that outlines information on virtually everything in the area from places to eat to bus routes to take for nearby locations. If you have young children there is a park about a 3 minute walk from the apar**ents. Its a beautiful park with an outdoor swimming pool and across the road a crazy golf centre. We chose to drive to both llandudno and conwy during our stay. Llandudno is just 10 minutes max in a car and Conwy just a 10-12 minute journey in a car. I would highly recommend these beautiful apar**ents that are a luxury to anyone. There could not be more well presented, clear and homely if tried. The only downside is leaving them and having to return home (lol). Thankyou Beachmount apar**ents for a fantastic trip. We cant wait to return.

Lovely visit for two nights. Excellent value for money and loads of parking on site and outside on the road which was very quiet and safe to leave the car. Really pleased with our apar**ent as the living area was ideal. Thanks very much!
