The hotel was right in the centre of Rhodes old town. It was a very pretty building. Our room was quite small and an inside room so no natural light. We didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned every day but every other day. So using the same towels on very hot days was a bit grubby. Breakfast was enough nothing fancy.

It is a boutique hotel in the old town, so it has an interesting location. I rode a cart at the entrance, but when I left, it didn't take me straight to the exit. It was nice to have a famous restaurant and bar right next to it. Breakfast is average. nice . However, I deducted points from cleanliness because I saw a very small red bug on the bed.

My friend blindly led us into this place . I noticed the various poor taste ornaments and water feature not to mention the faded plastic flowers on the tables. It seems this place was once luxury suites but is now being run by somebody who perhaps should think are they suited to running this kind of business. In entering to use the toilet it’s clear there’s a hoarding issue here. We had very second rate food , didn’t get a bill. Usually in Greece we spend ten minutes trying to attract the attention of the staff to pay our bill. Here it was very assertively insisted upon as if we were not to be trusted. The toilet had no way to dry your hands it’s really poorly run and after all if our wonderful experiences in Greece this was a real shock. AVOID IT .

Nothing less than appalling ! Enticed by the courtyard , we decided to order some light bites. The apple juice was fine as was the hot coffee . The iced cappuccino was like dish water . Complained politely and ( supposedly) another coffee was made , with no difference … weak and lacking in flavour . The cheese and ham toasties , were thin , served without garnish and utterly, utterly tasteless . The bill for two coffees, one apple juice, two toasties a cheese pie and a bottle of water came to 44 Euro ! A total rip-off ! Additionally the gents ‘ toilet was without a working flush and there was a complete absence of towels with which to dry one’s hands ! Avoid this place it’s a total ****show !

A sh*t show . Avoid at all costs. If only we'd looked at the reviews be forecast being enticed in by the reasonable looking courtyard.

Wish I had never set foot in the place! I popped into the pretty courtyard for breakfast yesterday and ordered a toast and juice. The toast was 2 slices of horrible processed bread with cheese I could barely taste and a small piece of tomato inside, unseasoned, plonked on a plate. I was starving so I ate it. The juice was fresh but a small glass. I went to pay the bill and it was 15€! When I expressed surprise, the daughter started yelling at me, shouted that I should have read the menu before I went in, crazy woman! I have been coming to Greece for 40 years and only ever experienced wonderful hospitality, I lived in Rhodes for 3 years and have never seen anything like it. They are a disgrace and shouldn’t be running a business.

Awful awful experience avoid the place, I had the Greek salad which had 1 tiny cube of feta - I did not eat it !& my husband had a horrible dry gyros The toilet was dirty with a dirty bar of soap on the sink & no paper towels absolutely disgusting & turned me off eating there! Then the lady served “demanded” cash payment, & she got so aggressive when I told her I was not paying for that salad, over priced & dirty avoid, avoid, avoid please !!! And after I paying for the horrible gyros she told me “fxxk you “ omg !!!

Dirty rooms with stained bed sheets, non-functioning air conditioning, and windows facing the interior, which means no fresh air can enter. Strong smell of mold everywhere. The staff was dishonest (they charged us €40 for a supposed “UNESCO tax”), arrogant, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. My advice: do not set foot in this hotel — it is a complete scam.
