It's very average. I can't see anything on the second floor. I asked the front desk if I could move to a higher floor. They just put things in a perfunctory way, and the real room is different from his picture! The room is so rubbish that I forgot to take a picture

Our 5-day stay at this hotel was the epitome of peace and tranquility. The hotel was immaculately clean, and all facilities were well-maintained. Its location is conveniently close to both Rhodes Town and the Old Town, with only a short 10-15 minute bus ride needed to reach either destination. We found the bus service to be very efficient and easy to use, which made exploring the area a breeze. The highlights of our stay included the spacious facilities, the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the island and sunset, and the incredibly relaxing spa. The rooftop bar quickly became our favorite spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The panoramic views were truly breathtaking, and the sunsets were unforgettable. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, with its perfectly comfortable temperature, and the saunas, which were pleasantly uncrowded during our April visit. It was the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel's beachfront offered a wonderful space to soak up the sun or simply enjoy the breathtaking views, especially in the evening. We spent many evenings strolling along the beach and taking in the beautiful scenery. A special mention must go to the Brazilian receptionist with the red hair (whose name I unfortunately forget!), who truly made our trip exceptional. Her 10/10 service and helpful information on local attractions and travel made our stay so much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and her recommendations were spot on. The only downside was upon arrival at the hotel we were not able to get into our room till almost 4/4.30pm. This is quite annoying as we arrived at 1pm and was told check in is 3pm. Yet we had to wait over an hour extra with no compensation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway with easy access to Rhodes Town and Old Town. The combination of the hotel's serene atmosphere, convenient location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service made for a truly memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

We came to the Olympic Palace with both my parents in July of 2022. It was my daughter’s first abroad holiday (she had just gone 2 at the time) I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The decor, staff are absolutely wonderful. You feel as though it’s a second home. Such warm, kind & cosy atmosphere. The staff are so jolly & friendly, they work so bloody hard you can clearly tell & really make an effort to make your time memorable. Great location a short walk from the beach. Lovely restaurants on site. A special shout out to Sam on the pool bar she is absolutely phenomenal at what she does & you can tell she loves her job, the vibes around the pool are so fun they get everyone involved so something for adults & children too but not pushy, it’s just a great atmosphere! Also a shout out to Dora on front of house/waitressing. She is lovely & we got invited to the A la carte restaurant one eve free of charge. We really hope we can come back one day. Both me & my fiancé loved it & my parents too so it’s great for all ages. To this day we still think & reminisce about it, it made our little girls 1st holiday one to remember so thank you to everyone at Olympic Palace

We stayed at this hotel first week of July and it’s safe to say we will definitely be coming back. Upon arriving we was amazed by the look of the hotel, as we was pulling up in our transfer we could hear other people saying wow and wondering what hotel it was, we was pleased to be the ones getting off and staying here, we was met by a lovely lad who took our suitcases in to the very impressive reception. Although before arriving I was regretting booking a Mountain View room the room was not as bad as I thought, it was quite big and the bed was the comfiest bed I have stayed in including my own, the room was always a lovely cold temp making it easy to sleep at night in the hot weather we had. The rooftop bar is a lovely spot for evening drinks especially in the sunset, every night we was served by lovely smiley Mayrianthi who remembered our order every night and was always on top of getting you new drinks when you were near the end of your drink. The entertainment on some nights was the best, the 3 lads from South Africa who sing were amazing and the karaoke night was a laugh. Around the pool you did have to get there before 11am otherwise you wouldn’t have a sunbed but there is also a private beach so this wasn’t an issue as the beach always had beds free. The hotel has a couple of shops inside and the women working in the convience shop is also lovely. Only thing that stopped me giving a full 5 stars is the food as I am a fussy eater and we rarely ate here as I never liked any of the food, I did try it and my partner didn’t mind it but I couldn’t stomach some of the things I tried. There is a couple of bars and restaurants down the road close by but not a lot to have a good night out, old town is only a €14 taxi ride away and the reception will order you taxis. I have to add to the end that there is a rock and roll bar about a 5 min walk from the hotel where a amazing fella called Michaelis works as a host and he is just a laugh and will make you feel at home in there, also there is a icecream shop dream cream not far where they do everything you could wish for on a hot day and the staff there are also so friendly.

We stayed at Olympic Palace for 7 nights all-inclusive as a young couple (ages 19–21), and overall, we had a really lovely experience. 🛏️ Room When we first arrived, we were given the wrong room — we had booked a double room with a sea view, but received a family sea view room instead. Technically, it was a free upgrade, as the room was very spacious and essentially split into two areas with separate TVs and sliding doors. However, it meant having two single beds pushed together rather than one double, which we initially weren’t keen on. We asked about changing rooms when we were given our room but were told to come back down the next morning (we arrived late at night), but ended up deciding to stay in the room after all. Even so, the staff followed up without us saying anything and kindly offered to place a mattress topper on the beds to make it feel like a proper double — which we really appreciated. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable — even without the topper on the first night. Room cleanliness was great overall, though the floor could’ve used a sweep or hoover when we first arrived. All amenities worked perfectly. We only used one of the two TVs (it didn’t have Netflix but did have YouTube, which we connected to via phone). The air con wasn’t digitally adjustable but kept the room cool without issue. The balcony was amazing, we had a second-floor sea view with two loungers, four chairs, and a table, and still enjoyed a gorgeous view. 🍽️ Food The food overall was decent. The Elea main restaurant offers buffet-style meals. Breakfast was basic and didn’t change much during our stay, though it was satisfying. The eggs were a bit runny for my taste, but that’s down to personal preference. Lunch offered a good variety — pasta, burgers, chicken, pizza, salads, and traditional Greek options. The only consistent letdown was the burgers, which were unfortunately dry and stale whenever I tried them. Dinner was nice, though the dessert options could’ve been more varied. A few nights featured themed desserts like coffee-flavoured desserts so would have been good for more options to be available. However other nights offered some nice options such as churros and tasty treats The snack bar next to the pool served similar items to the main buffet, along with cakes, cookies, ice cream, and salads which is convenient if you’re by the pooo As part of our stay, we were offered two à la carte meals. We chose the Italian and Mexican restaurants, and both were absolutely fantastic. The food, atmosphere, and service truly felt five-star. Staff treated us incredibly well and we felt genuinely special. 🍹 Drinks & Entertainment There are four bars across the hotel — a lounge bar in reception, the Champagne Bar, the rooftop bar, and the pool bar. We only used the rooftop bar, and it was a no-brainer as the view, especially at sunset was stunning and we will definitely miss coming here most nights. There’s a wide variety of all-inclusive cocktails

Hotel was great, will be returning, food at buffet was good and the al la cartes were great (you got 2 per 1 week stay) loved the pool area and rooftop bar, we stayed in a sea view room, this is must if your staying at this hotel. Good choice of food and drinks on all inclusive, if being picky cocktails could maybe be abit better. One slight crisisicm the sun beds around pool are abit uncomfortable but apart from that great hotel and will be returning.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Olympic palace hotel. The hotel itself was immaculate in all areas. The staff were all extremely polite & helpful. The food was varied & there were theme nights to offer something different. My son loved the games room & used it on several occasions. The pool area was clean & always beds available because of their strict no reserving policy which made it fair for everyone. The snack bar next to the pool was relaxed & extremely handy for children. The man on the beach was super helpful & made sure the beds were clean. The only reason we haven’t given it 5, was because when we visited the La Tonda Italian restaurant, we requested a table in the shade, & there were shady tables free, we were refused. The restaurant supervisor told us ‘all the tables will be in the shade when the sun goes down!’ & walked away from us. Our table was booked for 7pm & sunset was 8.30pm so we found this dismissive & then watched him seat other people at the shady tables we requested, which we found rude. Other than that everything was great & we would recommend this hotel. It honestly looked the nicest of all of the hotels & we will definitely return!
