Lindian Village All Inclusive Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton

Good infrastructure but terrible service. This is more like 4-star hotel with 3-star service. The beach is well equipped. Breakfast is limited compared to real 5-star Hilton but you can live with that. Rooms are old but not too old. Infrastructure as it should be in 4-star hotel. But all about service is more like 3-star. Our room wasn't made up for two days even after I specifically called and reminded about it. They said 'we have too many guests now'. That I guess mean that we do not have time for you? When you ask to bring you another coffee on the breakfast - they just ignore. When you remind, they say that they have too many guests. I'm not arrogant and I can pour my own coffee. But there is no such option, you need to call a waiter. Which simply doesn't carry it. The same with vine on diner. You can wait half an hour to get your glass of vine. Room service - wait enternity. When you remind you get the same answer. The furniture on the balcony of the room stained a lot of our clothes when we sat on it. That's why we just didn't sit on the chairs on the balcony. When we asked to change the chairs we were ignored. If you don't care about service and just looking for a good beach - it is a good place to go.

Everything was good except dinner. Breakfast is ok but dinner need upgrade.

We stayed at Lindian Village for 7 nights AL in a standard room at the end of September. As a couple we wanted a quiet, peaceful holiday with a good beach and sea + aesthetic design. As a travel manager I have to say something: 1. Although the hotel is not only for adults and there were families with children, it was a quite peaceful time with silence and no rush. 2. Food: there were reviews about not much variety in the food and it's true, but I would rather say if you expect to eat lobster, seafood and 10 meat dishes - it's not the best place. The food was very tasty, 1-2 meals of each type of meat + seafood + salads + desserts etc. We also went to 3 a la carte restaurants and enjoyed every one of them. They are worth coming out of the hotel (especially the Asian ones). The bars are also good. 3. Beach + sea: The beach itself is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea is pebbly. If you are sensitive to this, it is better to buy special shoes. The sea is very clean and calm because of the small bay. The sun loungers are very comfortable and I particularly liked the lack of music on the beach. 4. The design of the hotel: You can feel the Mediterranean village atmosphere perfectly, there was some construction but it didn't bother. 5. Rooms: This part needs fixing. Although the photos on the website are clean and fresh, we had problems with the sewage, the shower and the poor drainage, which is why there was water in the bathroom all the time (we didn't inform the staff to fix it because it's not a big problem for us). It is also worth noting that our room had no door to the bathroom, the toilet was closed with a sliding door but there was no soundproofing. 6. Staff: Mostly English speaking, friendly, polite and helpful. 7. Experiences: We rented a car for 1 day with no deposit and went to the nearest town Lindos, visited a Greek restaurant recommended by the concierge and enjoyed it. Played tennis at the resort, went to the gym and did yoga. We also went on a motor yacht tour with Sabinas Watersports (they are located on the beach of the resort), price = quality, we loved it. *I wouldn't say this is a disco resort, it's more about peace and quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Lindian Village Hilton in Rhodes! The service was outstanding — every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was another highlight of our stay. Especially the Italian and Greek restaurants offered delicious dishes with authentic flavors, and meals were always served quickly, which we really appreciated. There was always enough space by the pool or on the beach to relax and soak up the sun, no matter the time of day. The drinks were top-notch — refreshing, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

We had an incredible holiday at Lindian Village – from the rooms to the special excursions, everything made our holiday absolutely exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious, and very cozy. Ours was serene in terms of design with a sophisticated appearance and an outdoor area that was private and gave us a real feeling of luxury. The housekeeping during our stay was immaculate. The food was a standout selection of the holiday. Each meal had something different, with great ingredients and an abundance of options. From the morning buffet to the evening à la carte meals, each dish on the menu was served spotlessly and thoroughly delicious. Restaurants and bars had great service. The service staff were always welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided great drink recommendations and added a personal touch to every interaction. The pool bar especially stood out with its relaxed vibe and great cocktails. We also loved the activities and courses the resort offered. The cocktail class was a hoot – the bartender was great at making it easy and fun to learn. The cooking class gave us a hands-on overview of Greek cuisine, and the pottery class was a really cool and relaxing way to pass the afternoon. Lindian Village is where Greek hospitality is combined with high standards of service and imagination. We were comforted, enriched, and already planning our return!

PLEASE avoid staying here, I rarely write reviews, however, I would never want anyone else to experience the burden of this hotel, especially after the extremely costly prices being charged. Hygiene/Cleanliness -On our first day, there was blood on a pillow case. We brushed it off at the time, however this is genuinely a health hazard and is very concerning. -On returning home, me and my friend have discovered bed bug bites all over our legs, feet and back, I will add a photo. -Multiple cockroaches in our room. -Sunbeds were absolutely filthy, you need two towels to cover one. -Toilet roll would be left on the floor at the pool toilet, this is very unhygienic and unacceptable. -Sulphur smell in and around hotel, including strongly in our room. -Kids pool had a green tinge to it, obvious it hasn't been cleaned in a while. -Majority of cutlery and glasses were filthy. Amenities -States 'family curated activities' on the website, this is honestly laughable considering the lack of entertainment, pool activities and food options for kids (the same 2 food options every night). -No pool service, which tends be the norm for 5 star hotels. -Very difficult to get a taxi from the hotel, there doesn't seem to be a queueing system with guests as me and my friend got skipped multiple times. -During our 9 day stay here there was only one night of actual entertainment , which I feel should be revisited considering the very remote area and little to do outside the hotel. The other nights consisted of entertainment by a 'DJ' who just played radio songs that should be on at the bar regardless, rather than classical music. -Access to water is very limited at night, they padlock the fridges. As if you're not allowed to help yourself to 'ALL INCLUSIVE' drinks.... -The same 20 non-copy right songs played on repeat throughout the full day, me and my friend could genuinely name the song that would come on next. Every other guest we spoke to laughed about this too. Rooms -Very dull rooms, making it hard to get ready. Additionally there is a large mirror in the room with no plug next to it which seems wasteful. -Inconsistent times for room cleaning, 08:30 one day and 17:30 the next. -Staff will chap door to clean, despite shouting no they still helped themselves into our room. At one point I was lying with no clothes on. -We found that our stuff would often be moved, making it difficult to find my friend's medical equipment at one point. -You cannot control the temperature of your AC, also you cannot turn it on/off when desired. -Limited storage options for clothes in the room, there is overall 5 small drawers and 5 coat hangers. --Mini fridge never restocked throughout our stay despite asking for this to be done, Ended up being easier to just buy soft drinks from the on site shop. Food/Drink -Subpar buffet food, I have ate at better 3 star locations. -Ice cream shop opens at 1700, majority of people want ice cream sitting by the pool/in the hot sun, not at sunset. -H
