Absolutely amazing hotel. Went with my wife and 6yr old daughter for October half term. Every element of the hotel was great, staff cleanliness, location right on a beautiful pebble beach with beach bar/snack bar just set back from the loungers. The beach itself was great for snorkelling too. Saw many fish, including a few special ones. Including a puffer, a young moray eel and grouper. Also a couple of people had spotted a lion fish out by a rock 10meters out. Water Sparta can also be accessed from the beach and a couple of boat tours to Lindos which pick up straight from the beach. There’s not many other places nearby to go to apart from a couple of bars/restaurants over the road but you won’t really need to leave unless like me you want to catch the footie/rugby. Then it’s just 2 minutes to a bar that has the sport on. Also a couple of shops there with lower prices than the on site shop. Food was great every day and plentiful. Various theme nights through the week and always found food for our fussy 6yr old daughter. The wine was always flowing with very attentive table service. The staff especially the porter who showed us to our room and was helpful in directing me to places locally. All bar staff were pleasant even when things got busy. The entertainment team…. Well they were amazing. The first night I thought let’s avoid the shows as other hotels tend to have rubbish shows.. well I’m soo sorry I did as the second night we gave it a try for our daughter and we all where laughing the whole night. Something for all ages after the mini disco. So glad we were there for the last week before the animation team went home for the winter. They are a credit to the hotel!! We really could not fault anything! I even found myself trying to think of areas than could be improved and really did struggle. The only thing minor negative was the difficulty we found getting into any of the A la carte restaurants that we were allowed to book for no additional charge but all where fully booked on arrival. We did manage to get into the beach bbq which was an extra charge but well worth it! Just go very very hungry!! As there is soo much meat you will want to devour! Thank you to the staff/hotel for such an amazing holiday. We hope to return again this year pocket money permitting.

Beautiful massage with Leodor, so polite and brilliant at what he does. I would recommend for treatments. I had a deep tissue massage which really eased the tightness I was feeling in my back and the whole experience was so relaxing. I would recommend to anyone

Great trip altogether. There were a few issues at the start, but the reception and guest relations team worked hard to make up for it and make it a truly unforgettable experience. The massage for Teador was perfect and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The beach and pool is lovely and all of the bar staff are very friendly. The exec suite was beautiful and really made other stay feel special. Would definitely recommend!

It’s not very often I leave a review however I wanted to share our experience as we found ourselves disappointed with our recent holiday there. As a couple we have stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels and in our opinion this is more of a 4 star hotel than 5. The main reason for this is the lack of service and attention to detail. I don’t mean to sound picky with this review however I’d rather just be honest about our experience here. When we arrived there was no welcome pack or map of the resort, and it is a very large resort. We were only handed a piece of paper with the restaurant times on. It might be useful to include a QR code which can be scanned on there to show a map or something of the resort as on the first day we went for breakfast and had to walk around as we had no idea where we were going. Starting off on day 1 we landed at the hotel at 2am and didn’t get to our room until 3:20am. It took over an hour to check in 8 couples (there were 6 couples checking in at the same time as us in front of us). When we got to our room we put the do not disturb on so we could sleep through for a few hours after such a long day. The cleaners disregarded this do not disturb sign and tried to come in waking us 3 times. We had already asked that they skipped us that day. The cleaners themselves when they did clean was found to be very inconsistent, some days they would rush through and remove glasses etc but never were any new ones left to replace. There is a mini fridge in the room which gets restocked every 2 days with fizzy drinks, beer and water. On the third day we asked if it was possible to get a bottle of water from one of the bars. They informed us they didn’t have any and I should go to reception. Reception then informed me that if I wanted a bottle of water I would need to wait for the mini fridge to be restored or alternatively there was a tap. The other option was using the on-site supermarket to go and buy water. For a hotel which brands themselves as ultra all inclusive this shocked me. I had to speak with the hotel rep to be able to get somewhere with this one as I had to question what it was that I had actually paid for if it wasn’t all inclusive. We chose to upgrade to a shared pool swim up room, in the week we were there the pool wasn’t cleaned once, not only that the water was freezing and it was colder than the sea! There were also quite a few tiles missing in the pool too which caused my partner to cut his foot. The people working on reception aren’t very professional and some don’t even speak English, when asking a question we were told maybe come back later on more than one occasion. We tried to arrange a late check out and we’re told 3 time to come back to reception, on the final time we were told sorry there was no more availability which was very frustrating after trying 3 times. A lot of the conversations we had with the reception team were very confusing due to the language barrier. There was a ant infestation

Opted for a couples massage with skin scrub. Cretian body massage and aloe Vera soothing treatment. Very chilled and relaxing massage with Evdoxia and Teodor. We both left feeling totally blissed out. Would highly recommend as a treat and worth the money.

Princess Adriana resort and spa is a beautiful resort in a beautiful area, however we( my brother and I) both agreed that it's absolutely not worth 5 stars. Lets start with the positive things, - amazing room ( we had a swim up pool) very quiet, clean and a lot of space. - lovely people at the bars (special thanks to Olena, Angiela and Vasilis) they were amazing. - great facilities - lovely Spa Than the negative things and why we think it isn't a 5 star resort. - people at the reception are not professional. It takes a lot of time to come to the point. A check in should be fast, but instead it was a confusing conversation. Some of them don't speak English. - the worst experience was the food in the main restaurant and the queue. They want to look like a high class restaurant, but it's more like a feed shed. Disrespectful manager and nothing compared to a 5 star resort. When we told the reception, they didn't care. They weren't helpful at all. - cold food everywhere. Not only in the main restaurant, but also all the snack corners. Also a lack off variance. - a lack off maintenance. You could see that the resort have been shut down a long time. - the game room was useless as the pool tables were defective and also the air hockey tables were not working well. In conclusion, we had an ok stay, but compared to other 5 star resorts we have visited in the past, this doesn't come close to it. Rhodos is beautiful and we will come back, but for sure not at Princess Adriana resort and spa.

October 2023 saw us staying at Princess Andriana for 24 hours due to a BA flight cancellation meaning our holiday was extended for 3 days. Our hotel had no availability for the first night so we were transferred to Princess Andriana for 24 hours until a room was available again in our chosen hotel (adults only). We weren’t overly keen to be sent to Princess Andriana having experienced quite poor service when we had last visited several years earlier. Also we weren’t looking forward to being in a family hotel as we imagined there would be lots of children around. On arrival we found the welcome at reception somewhat lukewarm but a lovely porter chatted to my husband whilst I checked us in and he informed hubby that he had been working there for around 8 years (I think since it first opened its doors). He offered to take our hand luggage to the room but we declined as it was just 1 floor up in the lift and we were confident we’d find out room easily enough. We were pleased to see the room was not far from the lift and were delighted to see that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite for free which was really nice with a living room area and a four poster bed and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had a toilet and sink and oddly enough a hairdryer and the other had a separate bathtub with Jacuzzi and a walk in shower. I made myself a bubble bath with the shower gel above the bath but try as I might I couldn’t get the Jacuzzi to work at all. The mini bar in the room had canned drinks, some soft drinks and a few cans of beer, which we didn’t use at all and tea/coffee facilities too. In the main bathroom I came across my main ****** which was that there was no conditioner only shampoo. I honestly didn’t expect this in a so called 5 star hotel and definitely NOT in an Executive Suite. There was also no body cream available. Thankfully we had brought our own body cream but the lack of conditioner was annoying. And it wasn’t as if it was missing, they just didn’t have any! There were fixed holders for the shower gel and shampoo above the bath and in the shower but no empty holders, so I guess conditioner is not a consideration! The view from our large balcony was a bit boring with the main road outside and a bit of a struggle to see the sea! Communal areas in the hotel were well maintained and the hotel shop sells lots of lovely souvenirs and gift items with really pleasant staff, although we thought it odd that the table tennis table had been moved from pool level to outside the shop, it seemed a bit of an inconvenience for those playing and those going past to get to the shop… We spent a few hours around the pool in the afternoon and hubby had a swim for less than 30 minutes and on exiting the pool, he said that I should be thankful that I didn’t venture into the pool as it stank of urine! I won’t repeat what else he said but suffice to say, it included something about showering numerous times to get the smell off himself! I guess it was to do with lot

80 minutes of working away the stresses of full time job on holiday in an amazing hotel. The staff in the spa itself were very attentive. Teodor was first class. The calming ambiance of the spa was So relaxing from the moment you are greeted at reception, through your treatment and resting afterwards.
