All good: staff is friendly at the reception, bar, restaurants (our favourite waiter was Jani, a real polyglot), and favourite night session is the one with Stratos, the astronomist. Not to forget about Zsófia and Nopi, the 2 great animators in the Kids Club, they made the holiday special for our daughter. And the facilities (room, pools, etc.) are also excellent. Only one remark: there should be more and exciting night programs in the arena (amphiteatrum).

I have given this hotel 5/5 as it deserves it. The staff are probably the best we have ever encountered in any hotel and work so hard and are lovely. Yani in the restaurants and Denis and Katerina at the pool were stand outs for us, but we genuinely couldn’t criticise any staff. Our favourite restaurant was the Thalassa by the sea, stunning views and food. We did not try the Asian restaurant but had no trouble at all booking the other A La Carte restaurants via the app. I think my favourite part of the hotel was that you could order food and drink via the app to your sun lounger at the beach or pool. This was a flawless system and very efficient. You could also use a live chat function via the app to speak to reception. We used it twice, to request an iron and inform them some ants were trying to set up residence in our room and on both occasions someone was at the room within 5 minutes! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and could not fault this at all, however, there was a slight issue with wasps around the sun loungers at the pool. They clearly try and control this with traps, but they were attracted to the drink and food and one day it was particularly bad. We requested a late check out as our flight was not until 10pm and were allowed to keep the room on request until 5pm for a charge of €175. We had a couples massage at the Spa which was also very reasonably priced at a 5 star hotel and was bliss. I think the only reason we would not personally visit the hotel again is the remoteness of it. It is an hour and a half drive from the airport and has nothing around it. There is an occasional bus but to get to Lindos via taxi is €50 each way and to get to Rhodes town is a €300 and 3 hour round trip! It is a good escape from the world if thats what you are after but you really are stuck at the hotel. If you are after a relaxing break from the world in complete bliss and 5 star surroundings, this is the place for you!

What a beautiful hotel. Located on the beach front, with access to a private beach and bar. We stayed in a deluxe garden room and it was perfect for us. We were fortunate to have one with a small pool directly outside our patio. The room was big. Couch and chair at one end where the patio doors were and bedroom area and bathroom at the back of the room. It was spotlessly clean and in an excellent decorative state. The all inclusive package was great. An app can be used to order drinks and snacks directly to your sun lounger in specific areas around the pool area and beach area. Although there is a bus stop at the hotel you really do need a car to get about if you want to go sightseeing. You cannot walk anywhere local. The bus timetable is very limited to buses in the morning (9ish I recall) and then one coming back at approx 6 ish. Sorry can’t remember exactly but I recall it would have been a long day out so we hired a car. The buses are to Rhodes Town and Lindos only. Hire a car before you go or there is Marathon Car hire within the hotel. Probably should also book in advance. Taxis are massively expensive. €65 one way to Lindos. We hired a car it was cheaper per day than that one journey! The staff in this hotel were all amazing. So friendly without being over the top. Reception staff are very helpful so do go to them if you need to! We had a fabulous relaxing week here in beautiful surroundings.

I can just comprehend to the excrement reviews these people have, I love how they take care of you. Hospitality business is all about hospitality and the experience and trust me you’ll not get a better experience anywhere else. I’m so glad I made this choice. The special mentions are- Kids club is very cute, my child loves it Restaurants, everyone is so nice, such an excellent variety in buffet. Also the ‘grill corner’ you’ll love the corn there it’s one of the kind and very very tasty, Jian is our fav he’s so good. Breakfast is 10/10. I’m one of those who are hard to please, I stay in only luxury 5* and Atrium has really impressed me. I just feel like never leaving this place ❤️
