We have just had a lovely week at the Princess Sun We loved the pools and slides. Our children spent hours enjoying them. The staff are all amazing,smiley,helpful and so lovely with everyone. The entertainment team provide lots for everyone but you choose to get involved or not. Everywhere is clean and spotless. The food is good and there is plenty of choice. Nothing is too much trouble for them even though we heard instances of very rude people making inordinate demands. We enjoyed our food in all restaurants The bar staff worked so hard and were fantastic with our children. It was lovely to see the butterflies and lizards in the gardens. There is a lovely quiet space in the atrium to chill and relax. We have enjoyed every moment and a huge thankyou to all the staff for making our holiday so special .

Visited July 2024 with family and had a great time. Lovely views as set up a hill. Room was okay but double sofa bed not great for my older children and was very uncomfortable. Balcony good size but nothing for hanging wet swimwear so take small hanging pegs if needed. Air con great. Pools were great and kids got involved with the Waterpolo and enjoyed it. Slides were good maybe better for slightly younger kids but they still used them. Bit disappointed with football area as a sandy pitch so not the best. Didn’t watch the entertainment much as seemed busy and hard to find seats but looked decent. Sat in the pool bar area in the evening mainly. Enjoyed the food plenty of variety but did start to get a bit samey after a week. Liked the taverna which we visited once during our stay. Iced coffees were great from the pool bar area and the lady here was amazing at keeping the queue down and serving as fast as possible. Cocktails weren’t the best and wasn’t that keen on the wine but the rose seemed the best. Nice to be served drinks in the evening in restaurants. Pool bar food at lunch was great, gyros and pizza best but ran out quite fast so often had to wait for these. Shuttle to beach was brilliant and as we were there during a heatwave it was most welcome. Definitely need beach shoes as a pebbly beach that was so hot burning feet without them. Great to have the AI available at the beach bar too good selection of drinks and food. Walked down to the shops a few times and although not far was hard work coming up the hill in the heat. We had a late flight so did manage to keep our room on our last day but had to pay quite a lot for this.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, location was nice and sea views as mentioned in holidays packs. Reception starts ware courteous and very helpful. Bar and restaurant staffs ware helpful. Only snags were jacuzzi and sauna bar had appointment system and small rooms. Beach bar restaurant was quite nice but limited drinks otherwise it was beautiful place.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Princess Sun, superb staff, very friendly, everything clean and immaculate. Had a massage at the hotel spa and it was wonderful! Exactly what I needed & what I asked for. Vasiliki was amazing! Thank you so much, I very much appreciated it. I felt so comfortable and relaxed at the end!

I am nearing the end of a 2 week stay at Princess Sun and I can honestly say this is the best vacation I have had to date. The hotel is in a panoramic location and offers great views. We opted for a family room with a sea view which was spacious and cleaned everyday. The food can make or break an all inc holiday but this is by far the best quality food I have experienced in any hotel/ country. There is a beach bar that is all inclusive with free shuttle too and from the beach. The beach bar serves bbq style food with fresh Gyros and pizza served which is amazing. The staff are so polite and cannot do enough for you. I would recommend hiring a car as there is so much to Rhodes to explore. I have never travelled to the same country/ hotel twice as I want to experience as much of the world as possible with my family however after visiting this hotel I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Lovely hotel . But don’t expect to have water . They put 2 bottles in ur room and give u 2 on arrival . But u can’t have any more . My husband needs to take meds on a regular basis . Now we have to buy it . He can’t use tap water just in case things are not right with the water . Shocking behaviour princess sun .. !!

Another amazing trip coming to an end, I can’t give any negative feedback back it’s our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. We booked spa treatments this time and the staff were amazing . The reception staff very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the staff friendly.George the barman mad lovely drinks and very strong. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general was excellent . Would definitely recommend.

We went for a week with our 2 children aged under 6years. The hotel is clean and rooms were cleaned each day. We had a garden view room but you could still see the sea in the distance. There were some delicious salad options on offer for lunch, compared to some other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at there is maybe not quite as much choice but also no one should go hungry. The views from the restaurant are great. The hotel is up a long hill so not just on the doorstep of a few shops located down in the village. There is a shop attached to hotel but lilos, buckets and spades are probably more expensive here. The kids had fun in the small pool (there are 2 other large pools) and there is a kids club attached to a shaded playpark. Greta and Georgia in the kids club were so lovely and so great with the kids. Every night there is a kids disco and all the entertainment staff put in such effort with the dance routines, especially Valentina. One night there was an excellent acrobatic show put on by an external group. I also enjoyed the yoga/stretch/Pilates in the mornings with Valentina. If you can then rent a car to see more of the island! The Greek people are very friendly. All in all I cannot say anything bad, the hotel has no faults but perhaps not very high end, like would expect 4* to be in the UK.
