Summer Dream

Absolutely filthy. Cats everywhere. Filthy room filthy bedding. Food disgusting scraps served everyday. Needs shutting down. DO NOT GO !!!! We caught food poisoning from the pork they served instantly.spent all our money eating out. Couldn’t wait to come home. Drinks like piss

Jet2 flight was cancelled and we were placed here for a night. Would have been nice in the 80s and looks like nothing has changed. Would definitely not choose to book here. Stained towels, dirty bathroom, poor quality food, very dated. Food was of very poor quality.

Food was sometimes inedible & luke warm. Serving rancid butter for days despite being informed. Only desert was ice cream or warm fruit. Spaghetti bolognaise at every meal every day, & not very tasty! Breakfast was the most acceptable meal. Toaster doesn’t work very well & takes ages. If you’re a foodie it’s not worth you going to this hotel. Table clothes were dirty & unchanged. Only snacks available were very dry sandwiches on the poolside bar. Poolside bar was ok, just ok. Young boys working there not interested playing on phones sat down on far side of the bar most of the time. Room was ok. Not cleaned or towels changed as often as we would have liked. Bed not changed, we were there for 14 days, despite requesting it. Fridge in room was more like a freezer but didn’t mind cold drinks & fruit. The pool was ok. Sofia in the bar of an evening was lovely. Knew how to make a cocktail or two! Lager was nice. Other than that the staff were mostly grumpy. Men on reception grumpy. Toilets down from reception were dirty, no soap for 1 1/2 weeks, nothing to wipe hands except toilet roll. I got a very nasty cough come day 3 that just got worse. Saw gp when home was told probably the air con, it’s still not gone completely. We hired a car in the main ***** of shops down from the hotel. Definitely helped getting out of the area. Not a lot to do. All in all it was just about ok. I wouldn’t go back.

I asked for a nice view from the window. Was. I asked for water in the room. Was. A nice place for a quiet break. The bartender Sofia is wonderful. A perfect place to rent a car and explore the island! Close to all attractions. Especially to the zoo where there are lemurs. The quality is adequate to the price. Ok for 3 stars. The employees really try.

Landed 26th December was the worst hotel ever been to room filthy food disgusting pool had a tide mark lasted 24 hours on the beach got me moved to ocean blue and had a lovely holiday in the end what ever you do stay away from summer night mare cats everywhere up on food in rooms it shouldn’t be advertised

This hotel is absolutely vile, disgustingly filthy rooms , food inedible, electrics totally dangerous especially if you have children, and to be honest I would of been terrified to feed my kids in this hotel as the lack of hygiene would of made them seriously ill. Love holidays you cannot of seriously checked out this hotel as no way is this fit for occupation, thank god we got moved after one night to a respectable hotel. Shame on you for advertising this disgusting dump!!!oh if you want to live in a cat refuge maybe this up your street as there everywhere!!!
