Was amazing, the food, pools, staff.. everything

This was a very beautiful place to stay! Spacious, clean and lovely beds, also the bath and shower was amazing the baths are huge! The waterpark is quite small but just enough to not tire you out to much especially when there is so much fun things to do! Amazing entertainment team especially the night entertainment was fantastic the music was great style for all ages! The activities here go from morning till night you will never be bored. My son especially loved the football pitch. The food was amazing and had a wide variety every single day and night! The resort it self is very beautiful! Would 100% recommend here for a fantastic family holiday! The crèche is super good they have everything in the little nursery even baby bouncers and high chairs soft play which was amazing for my 3 month old daughter you can even pay a small fee and leave then for a few hours and go relax! Amazing to say the least. Only one problem I had was two men entered my room whilst I was BF my baby early in the morning with a do not disturb sign on the door but rest assured I did make a complaint to the manager and she give me late check out for free and was very firm and made sure this did not happen again she could not be sorry enough which was good enough for me also they was given a full meeting as the key card shows exactly who has entered the room at what times and days which was very assuring. We will be back again :) Thank you

What a fab holiday we had!! The room and whole establishment were super clean and tidy. The food was good, a large variety of options and having the shorter counter for the children was a huge hit with my independent 4 year old! The staff were kind and attentive and great with our 2 and 4 year olds. The entertainment team were EXCELLENT! A big shout out goes to Carina and Sofia who just went that extra mile by including my incredibly shy but desperate to join in daughter by holding her hand, sitting with her and giving her a piggy back!! The pools were FREEZING but having the heated pool was a great alternative. Having a playground on site was also fab as it meant we didn’t really have to leave the resort at all!! We would happily return :)

Lovely holiday for 10 nights. Hotel very clean. We booked a swim up room in Relax area. Room spacious and modern, complimentary mini bar filled daily, with wine, beer and soft drinks plus 2lt bottle of water. Food very good and varied, with theme nights. Two visits to Al a carte included. Staff very friendly and can't do enough for you. Maria and Spiros at swim up bar are wonderful and make fabulous cocktails. Weather was great between 26 and 30 degress, just right for us. Will definitely return . Great holiday all round. Rhodes is gorgeous trip to Rhodes Old Town is a must, absolutelystunning. Greek people are lovely.

We had such an amazing week here! Everything was far far better than we expected. It was the first time we’ve done a package holiday and expected it to be slightly trashy to be honest but it was so perfect. My daughter isn’t 3 for another couple of months so we were concerned that there wouldn’t be loads for her to do but she had the best time. We did a stay and play at the crèche where she could play with toys, the toddler football and the parent and toddler swim sessions. All were included and the staff were great. In fact the staff throughout the hotel were all incredible and everyone was so great with children that they would always say hi to my daughter and give her a little high five which was very sweet. The food was SO good. We went to one of the a la carte restaurants which was also lovely but wasn’t as great for my daughter as she just wanted to eat cucumber and cheese so we actually cancelled our booking at the second one. There’s a corner of the buffet restaurant with is lower so kids can serve themself which was also a lovely touch. We arrived at about midnight on our first day and the restaurant was left open so we could eat after a long journey. Our room was cleaned everyday, even down to a floor mop, and the mini bar restocked. My daughter enjoyed the tots disco and PTY in the evening and is still singing the song. Spa - I had the anti stress full body massage which was really nice and a lovely end to our week. The pools were great, we loved the swim up bar, the only slight negative of the holiday was that the pools were a bit cold. But we went to the beach round the corner one day and another we got a taxi to tsambika beach and the sea was much warmer which was nice.

It is our last day today I just want to share our experience. Overall 3/5 star we have rated out stay base on following Food 3/5 ⭐ Food is delicious and always changing only breakfast stays the same a good variety. However we found that on multiple occasions food was not cooked properly, rice hard as a rock, chicken was not cleaned properly before cooked porridge is running water and some other things. But we manage alternatives and it was ok 1/5 entertainment ⭐ The team and staff are amazing 10/10 however the program is a big waste of time same staff dancing and singing kids disco is far to complicated and boring for little once to follow often they play with eachother. Adult entertainment is so boring one night we stayed the rest we went to playground with the kids They do some activities during the day for kids on the fake grass but for 30 min... Pools 4/5 ⭐ Big pools lots of space for sweeping and for kids and adults to enjoy but the water is absolutely cold we spent must of the day by the beach as the sea water temperature was better. We found the water for pools warmer in the relax deluxe area on a few occasions. Location 3/5 ⭐ Not much to do around but you can get a local bus to Lindos or Rhodes that are amazing to visit. We were disappointed that during our welcome with TUI they only said you can get around with they bus that is 3x more expensive We found the hotel and activities presented super expensive compared to outside this hotel is literally a printing money machine Would we come back ? Probably not , not a 5 star hotel we stayed in a 3 star hotel last year in Rhodes was much better Enjoy your holiday
