Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Although there are so many lovely things about this resort - so clean, beautiful gardens and pools, friendly staff, and a helpful app to order food/drinks - a lot of care put into this place! But there's one area that it feels the care doesn't extend to, and I have to say this as a warning to people with dietary restrictions, that I would not recommend the resort to fellow vegetarians/ vegans ets, which is a shame as I think it's the only thing that feels like it hasn't had thought put into. For one, the labelling of food at the buffet was very hit or miss and options at the restaurants in the hotel is limited. Another issue at the restaurants was that although they would adapt some of the meals to be vegetarian that were meat based, they would simply take out the meat but charge the same, not adding in an alternative to make up for the lack. An example of this is that when ordering the bibimbap as vegetarian, the egg and pork were taken out and nothing added. The charge was 28 euros for this dish, the same as it normally would be, when asked if there was any money that could be taken off as this seemed unfair in price, for a dish of just rice and vegetables, I was told this was not an option. So overall, great for most people, but perhaps if you're more limited for food options, not the best.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Mixed reviews if I’m honest. We paid ALOT for this holiday as the reviews “sold us the dream”. The indoor pool is absolutely disgusting. The drains are BLACK, dead insects everywhere. All our clothing was died YELLOW because too much chlorine is in the pool, yet the children’s pool didn’t seem to have any? Mondays there is NO entertainment in the day as it’s their “day off”. For a 5 star hotel, get more staff? Entertainment in the evening is nothing to what you’d expect. Very poor. The service in the restaurant over all is spot on. Overall, I feel we’ve been ripped off.

I had an amazing time here. Beach is very close and free for the guests to visit. Especially Lucas at the beach was super friendly and helped us so much. The stay at the room was pleasant. The breakfast was healthy and appetizing. Would definitely visit again.

I couldnt resist the temptation and booked the holidays at Atrium Palace again. For the fifth time, can you believe it? We have started coming here since my boy was 4, now henis turning 7 in a month. This place is like our home now, its like coming to our holiday home and see our extended family. Leaving is always so emotional that you cant even express the feelings with words. We are family of 3adults and one child 6years old, we booked two villas with private pools together with premium all inclusive. The villas are nicely newly renovated, everything is nice clean and new. The bed is just wow and the pillows oh I wish I could take them home, they just snuggle you around when falling asleep. We simply love this place and as I said, we are regulars and there wont be a year without visiting our greek family. We start with the reception - amazing ladies who are there to help with anything you need, Lefteris who can do magic when you need to solve problems with your booking followed by the amazing restaurant staff. Natalia - my sister from another mother :-) Marianna - love of my boys’ life :-) and just wonderful soul, Davida - so kind, so nice and cudly lady :-) Irina - the lady who stands out of the crowd, Lia - wonderful always smiling girl… you know girls, I just hope I dont forget to mention anyone here, its just all of you :-) and as the saying goes “women first” here comes the mens’ group :-) Sotiris - amazing person who is always smiling and you just click with him immediately, Lukas - the beach boy, you just cant imagine coming to the beach and not seeing the biggest smile waving at you from the distance, all the new young guys from the main restaurant who always make time to say hello to my … very demanding boy :-) Kasa - the always helping running around guy… but you know what…this hotel wouldnt be the same without these two guys who are just stars... Apostolos and Savvas.. they were simply born to do this job, so natural with their own magic which just shines everywhere they go. The staff is the hearth of this place. The hotel is amazing of course, top service, top food (thank you chef I will miss those buffet times) top place and the list would just continue… the maintanance there is just spot on, Regina and her team is top quality, all those gardeners who are just working since the morning till the dawn and just dont care if its 50degrees, the grass needs cutting and thats it :-) I cant believe I found this jewell in Rhodes… and the last thing I wanna mention… yesterday I asked my boy whether or not he was looking forward to go back home, you know the answear? Mommy but I am home :-) so we are already planning to come back again so see you soon my loves, we love you all.

This is really a 5* experience. There are many positives but I will highlight a few. 1) Accommodation is clean, and excellent with all toiletries. 2) every person in the resort was friendly, put on a smile and helpful. The spa should be proud of its workers. Didn't want to take individual names since there were plenty however, one stand-out person was Lucas on the beach who was always smiling and helpful, arranged a boat ride and was giving abundant towels etc as required. 3) The pool was cleaned every day and sunbeds were in plenty. 4) You could have the best possible hi-speed wifi free and even on the sea beach 5) The food, we took half board was exceptional with a wide variety and hot 6) they even kept some hot food for us since our flight was delayed 7) a supermarket just outside which sells everything 8) evening entertainment and even during the day activities were fun 9) Sea and pool were walking distance and pretty clean and beach was brilliant 10) I can't fault anything but just a couple of suggestions a) dinner even you have to buy water and every drink was a tad expensive b) an exhaust in the bathroom would have been helpful

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Rena at the main bar was always very helpful and attentive, the waiting staff and managers were all so friendly, the cleaning staff do an amazing job and we're always so nice, even making little animals out of towels to leave for our 6 year old. The beach is a pebble beach, so water shoes are a must, and the Get Wet boat rental a little way down the beach are awesome, highly recommend hiring from them! Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

This is the most remarkable hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’m not just saying that!! From the moment we arrived there we were greeted with a huge smile from all on the reception counter. The reception ladies welcoming, just made it beautiful. Check in was sooooo smooth and stress free, it was swift and smooth, we were handed cold orange juice on arrival-this was nice. The concierge gents were attentive and friendly and whisked to our beautiful presented room. This is always a moment that can go either way, but we weren’t disappointed the room was just WOW!!! It looked and smelt so fresh. Crisp white bed sheets a well stocked bathroom, towels galore and a fridge stocked to the brim. Red & white wine, cold beers, fizzy drinks and many more and tubs of Pringles! The rooms are very airy and tastefully decorated, giving you a sense of calmness. Front office manager- Mr Lefteris Konstantinou is a real gentleman and always attentive and really looked after us throughout our stay. He would always ask us how our stay is and if there is anything they could do to help our stay. It’s these little touch’s that help your enjoy your holiday. Mr Lefteris is a real credit to that hotel! Every morning and evening we were greeted by Mr Savvas Papantoniou, he greeted every guest!! And always smiling and very well presented always suited and booted! Savvas would always ask how our stay was and if there is anything they could do to improve our stay….there wasn’t anymore they could do. I’ve been to many hotels in Greece and Spain but rarely do see the hotel manager, well here at the Atrium Palace Mr Apostolos Eleftheropoulos was ALWAYS present during meal times, he also greeted all guest as they walked in. Mr Apostolos was buzzing around and talking and greeting guest, this is great to see. This place should be re-named Atrium Paradise and I will highly recommend this piece of paradise to my family and friends for sure!! Again thanks to all the staff you really made our stay memorable. This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel. We really can’t fault anything about our stay. The staff looked after us so well and really went the extra mile! Rooms are clean, the mini bar is restocked every day. Food is wonderful, especially at Zen, Il Gusto and Asterius. The main restaurant has choices for everyone and all tastes are catered for. Special mention for Natalia, Pari, Valentina and the Maitre’d. They welcomed us every day with the biggest smiles. Bar staff Beatrice and Nikos were great and kept our glasses topped up! Ian, the entertainment man was in a league of his own doing Aqua gym…..Whoop whoop!! All in all would definitely return.

Wonderful cozy luxurious place on one of the most beautiful Greek Islands - Rhodos! The service is outstanding, especially Irini in the restaurant Symposium 🥰! Premium All Inclusive makes it special and awesome! The garden and the pools are simply stunning!
