Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Again a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. I travelled with my mum and we throughly enjoyed our stay . The hotel staff are all exceptional, special shout out to Valentina in the main restaurant who went above and beyond to help my mum after she fell, Beatrice, Paulina and Nikos in the main bar who made the most amazing drinks, Paul who runs the Marathon car hire who gave us a great deal on a hire car and moved a car over to the hotel which was the same as my own, so I didn’t have to worry about driving a different car, Natalie in the Ala carte restaurant who always had a smile and gave great service , Lucas at the beach who was always cheerful and helpful and least but not last the hotel manager who takes time each day to speak with all the guests and genuinely cares about any issues. The hotel is spotlessly clean, you can always get a sun-bed at anytime time of the day. The beach is spacious, but you will need water shoes as it’s pebbly. The food and drinks are first class, will definitely return in the future. We stayed all inclusive and loved the ability to scan the QR code and order food & drink from our sun loungers and book the Ala carte restaurants via the app. The Ala carte restaurants are amazing and are free for all inclusive guests, our favourites were Zen and Asterias over looking the beach. We also visited the sister hotels- the Atrium Prestige and Atrium Platinum and can honestly say this is the best hotel out of the 3 ! Thank you for making our stay amazing, looking forward to returning in the future.

What a wonderful hotel. It’s our first time in Rhodes, and we are so glad we picked this hotel. It was terrific, from start to finish. Clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into making it spotless, welcoming, delicious food, lovely gardens etc etc - but it’s more than that. There’s something about the way staff are that is exceptional- and that is embedded in every part of the hotel’s management, ownership and staff. We felt looked after and cared for but at the same time, relaxed and not fussed over - it was so restful. The hotel has everything you’d expect - lovely food, lots of pools (and PLENTY of sun loungers - we never struggled to find a good place by the pool) and I like the spa. My husband had a deep tissue massage on his frozen shoulder that he described as ‘just this side of excruciating pain - perfect’!! I notice a lot of the reviews are from people staying in the villas and on the premium all-inclusive packages - we were half board in a ‘sea glimpse’ room in Wing 2 (508). And it was still fantastic, lovely spacious room overlooking the quiet pool. We loved it. Big thanks to the restaurant staff, the manager and hosts, but especially the most lovely Pari and Mannos, who looked after us so well we planned our seating at breakfast and dinner around where they were serving! Wonderful! We’ll definitely be back.

Visited this hotel with friends for a 5 night break. Wow!!! The facilities and grounds are wonderful, but what really makes this hotel special is the amazing service. All the staff are so friendly and efficient, they really make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We had a room with direct access to the pool, where there are plenty of sunbeds. The room was spotlessly clean and maintained daily. Really comfy beds, including the extra sofa bed. All the restaurants are lovely and we particularly liked Zen. The app for ordering drinks by the pool is a fantastic idea, and the cocktails were great. We had a lovely evening out in Lindos, which is only a short taxi ride away, and reception ordered the taxi for us. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing break, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A big thank you to Apostolos and all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back again soon!

We have just returned after a week at The Atrium Palace as a family of 4 (although children are 18 and 20 !). We had such a brilliant week. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. The food both in the buffet and other restaurants are all amazing. We were ultra inclusive and this is exactly what it sounds like. Gourmet food and premium drinks are all included. The hotels app allows you to easily book restaurants and order food and drinks to your sun lounger which was such a treat. The service in the hotel is the best we have ever experienced. Quite literally nothing is too much trouble. We had two very small issues (air con was making a strange noise and my son was allergic to the feather pillows) both issues were solved within 5 minutes. There are activities available if you wish to participate but you are not hassled to do so. My 18 year old son very much enjoyed the daily table tennis competitions and as a family we enjoyed playing mini golf. We will 100% be returning - thank you to everyone at the hotel for a wonderful stay !

Wow! We’re on our last day here and it’s been absolutely fantastic. We upgraded to a villa with a private pool which was stunning and has the sun all day (much cheaper to do once you are here). The drinks and cocktails were brilliant, all branded and made with love! My Husband enjoyed the bottled corona. You can order food and drinks on an app from your sunbed which is great. The food in the main restaurant is really nice and beautifully presented. However, the a la carte restaurants are amazing. I’ve never known such high quality food and service at an all inclusive hotel and I’m well travelled. In fact it’s better than most fancy restaurants I’ve been to in the UK. The Asian restaurant is particularly amazing. The duck wraps and sushi were the best we’ve ever had. All prepared fresh in front of you by Asian chefs. There was caviar, truffle oil and squid ink as part of some of the meals! Outstanding. The pools and grounds are beautiful and the staff all friendly and helpful. The weather was amazing. We will definitely return (something I’ve never done before) Thank you for an amazing holiday!

I visit Atrium Palace almost every year, and every time I find my self wondering how will this year be, and then I am there and then is magical again. The rooms, the restaurants, the entertainment and the food omg the food! I have been in many 5* hotels worldwide but the variety, choice, taste and presentation of the food is superb. This hotel offers everything you want for your summer break, from relaxation on the luxurious sun beds on the beach, being lazy by the beautiful pool or visit the beautiful island as it’s located within traveling distance from all the beautiful spots of the island. However the experience become even more magical with the people of this Hotel, and the standards are high, you only need to meet the hotel manager Apostolos and you will understand why is this hotel fantastic, his attention to detail and his expectations are higher than any customer. The PR manager Savvas is always there to make sure all your expectations are met and your experience is amazing, sometimes I was thinking there are two of them because he was everywhere. I also met the Chef Ioannis because I wanted to compliment him for the amazing food. From begging to end the reservation manager Leuteris was extremely helpful and attentive. Finally I met with the housekeeping manager Mika who she runs an amazing team, everyday the rooms look amazing with a small surprise every day. I had an amazing time at the Atrium palace again this year and it is only fair that other people read about it and have the chance to have similar experience with me. This hotel is amazing and everyone should visit.

Enjoying a lovely break at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The pool, spa and restaurants are all first class. Customer service in the hotel is excellent and staff are very attentive. Special mention to Rena in the II Cavalier main bar who was very friendly and delivered top class service all week. We are hoping to to return to the hotel next October.

This is my 5th stay at this brilliant hotel and this time I came on a girls holiday with friends. We were welcomed as family by all of the staff here and have been extremely well looked after, making us feel very safe and akin to VIP’s ! Check in was a breeze - welcome smiles and glass of fizz greet you. Check in was efficient, professional but friendly and started off our holiday perfectly. Nothing is too much for reception whether you need assistance or booking a taxi. The hotel has undergone refurbishment since I stayed last year and all the rooms are beautifully decorated. The cleaning team do a magnificent job here. Nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly and gracious and are the unsung heroes on many travel reviews, so I felt it worth mentioning them in mine. The gardens are stunning, well maintained with stunning flowers all around adding to the tranquil and beautiful vibe of the hotel. There are several pools to choose from, all have new sun loungers either luxurious super padded cushions. The main pool has a swim up bar and activities whereas the others are more tranquil. Special mention to Antonis, Stratos & the team who are welcoming and make the best cocktails !!! Antonis also manages the main bar in the evening and we’d also like to thank am Beatrice for looking after us too! The restaurants are second to none and the food is plentiful and very high quality. The main restaurant is where you have breakfast and you are always greater by Savvas & Natalia. Pari is just the most amazing lady and I adore her! She looks after you so well ! We loved the Zen restaurant which is Asian fusion but I have eaten at the other hotel restaurants and they are all superb. Our thanks to Natali and the team at Zen for their hospitality. Handily, you can download the Exclusivi app and sort anything from extra pillows to restaurant reservations and cocktails round the pool! Super easy and convenient. Our final special mention is to the most amazing manager, Apostolos. The team at the hotel is testament to him as the manager and they really do genuinely live up to their ethos of ‘authentic philoxenia’. The whole team treat you as a returning family member. Their warmth, generosity, and most importantly their genuine care for you as a guest means we have stayed nowhere else like the Atrium Palace. Apostolos walks the entirety of the hotel from early morning through to the evening making sure everything is perfect and all are happy. He is always there if you need anything or just happy to chat if you bump into him. We were treated like queens for the entirety of our stay. Apostolos made sure we were looked after even more than usual and there were some treats & surprises during our stay which absolutely made our stay so much more special and we were genuinely grateful for the thought and generosity. We chose Atrium Palace based on the impressive TripAdvisor reviews, and it ended up exceeding our expectations. The facilities, location and weather were fantastic but I think the level of service was the real differentiator. Everyone — from reception to the restaurant, poolside, spa, cleaning staff, and Lukas at the beach - worked brilliantly together and made us feel really welcome. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Our ground floor room opening to the pool area was perfect for us. Our six-year-old had a great time with the pools, beach, kids club, giant chess, pool tables, mini golf, the nightly mini-disco and star gazing. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
