Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Whole experience from when we first arrived to the minute we left was outstanding in every way. Champagne on arrival, room was spacious , comfy and beautifully clean. Lovely toiletries, decent hairdryer, coffee machine and kettle with constant supplies and refills, complimentary bottle of wine, water and bowl of fruit ! Breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced. Choice was outstanding and beautifully presented .Mariana our waitress was absolutely brilliant ! Catered to our every need. Pools were gorgeous and everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy. No need to take towels as pool and beach towels were provided. All in all …..simply perfect ! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such an enjoyable one !

Everything about our stay was lovely, me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The standard of hospitality is second to none, I have never been somewhere with such attentive staff, especially Savvas Papantoniou, who gave us a very warm welcome at breakfast, made us feel very welcome. Rena on the main bar as well was wonderful and makes excellent coffee. A big thank you to Mr. Eleftheropoulos, and everyone who works here, as someone who worked in hospitality I appreciate truly how much effort goes into making such a lovely experience. Well where do I start? My husband Steve and I were blown away by the staff at the hotel and I’m going to name a few who shone the most, but all the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you! Gabriella, the hidden angel, in charge of Guest welfare and services is incredible ❤️ Valentina in the dining room, polite, friendly and always remembered us, Beatrice in the bar, the cleaning ladies, entertainment crew we can go on….. I’m a stickler for consistency and I always say I won’t return somewhere in case I’m disappointed it won’t deliver again? Well, I met a lovely lady in the lift who said it was her 18th stay. “Are the standards the same” You bet they are! Rebooked for next year! Carol & Steve x

This hotel is exceptional we return to this hotel every year, the weather is perfect there is a choice of pools, evening entertainment every night, there is a mini disco for little ones as well as a kids club, it is a short walk on a tiled path to the beach, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the staff are fabulous and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, special mention to Savas, Pari, Beach, Anton and Nico.

Stayed here for a week with friends- premium all inclusive. What a great hotel and the most stand out thing was the staff. Each and every single one wanted to help, seemed to enjoy their jobs and just were amazing. Nikos was our favourite barman, Lucas on the beach was the most welcoming ever. The pools were a little chilly but it was early in the season. The unlimited a la carte restaurants visits were very well received, alongside the ability to order food and drink in the app by the pool. The best lunch was served at the beach bar- freshly cooked and dished up with love. The rooms were great- free minibar stocked daily with essentials including Pringles! Thank you to everyone for making this a great week and making us feel valued as customers and guests

Just had a fantastic stay at Atrium Palace with my wife. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Savvas took his job as Public Relations Manager to extremes. He would greet us each morning at breakfast to check if everything was fine and make a point of going to each table during evening meals to ask how the day had been. I thought there must be 2 of him. Amazing stay for our mariage anniversary with a very welcoming staff. Lucas at the beach is a super guy very welcoming and gave us some tips to visit the island. Bravo Lucas stay like you are ! Receptionnists and the guest service people were also very nice and welcoming. The present we got when we arrived and before we leave the hotel surprised us and were well thought.

I don’t know where to start with this hotel! It is nothing short of exceptional. The hotel staff are a core element of this hotel’s experience. Thank you to Davida, Savas, Sotiris, and Spiros with whom we had great conversation with everyday at breakfast. Davida is exemplary at her job and really cares about the guests. The endless options for breakfast are just divine, you will eat like kings and queens at breakfast time! Gabriella on reception pretty much helped us plan our entire holiday with her fantastic suggestions. She was very caring and kind. Thanks Gabriella for suggesting to rent a car - it really made a difference to our holiday. I would recommend renting a car to anyone who stays here at Atrium Palace as it’s a little further down the island. Having a car really offers you more freedom to explore the island. The bar staff were also friendly and kind. Beatrice and Polina were two staff members that really stood out for us - thank you both for serving us our drinks with a smile. The hotel entertainment every night was something we always looked forward to. Anything from rock bands to Latin dancing! There’s a must-visit restaurant within walking distance of the hotel “Alli Fasi 1907”. This is owned by Tomas, the brother of hotel staff Lukas, who was also very friendly. The food in this restaurant was incredible! The best Greek food we tasted all holiday. As it happens we visited the local town Stegna and just happened to eat at the restaurant “To Kyma“ of which is owned by the brother of the manager Savas. I would highly recommend. We loved the family connections surrounding the hotel - it truly feels like you’re part of a community. Of course I have to mention the food at the hotel was super tasty! We simply tended to eat dinner out more often than in. The pool area in the hotel is fab, so many pools to choose from. We used the gym everyday which was great to keep up our usual gym routine while on holidays. Also the beach being like literally 200m from the hotel was just fantastic. Overall I simply can not fault our stay here. From start to finish our entire stay was flawless. Can’t wait to visit here again!!
